Aylesbury is very nice family starter! The red colour of the exterior and the texture that you used for the front of the bulld looks nice. It looks nice how you have done the flowers at the front area of the build. The winding pathway looks great. Great layout of the interior. The wooden flooring looks nice. The brown and green colours that you have used for the walls looks nice. Nice study desk table alcove. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk reading a book from the bookshelf there. The plant on the desk table and next to the front door are nice for sims to see. Great window sofa sitting area. Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the windows whilst sitting there watching tv. The animal pattern on the kids bedroom wall and the starry lights and bed pattern looks great. The yellow flowers picture on the master bed wall is nice for sims to see when waking in the mornings.
It is a great home!
Thank you Rose, I love the way you review houses as if you are actually inside the house, you are so thoughtful
I'm trying out the landscaping textures and plants in this build, reminds me of some of the Scottish cottages I did for Sims 3. Shame we don't have ponds yet...
Berkshire is a very nice cottage home The stonewall exterior of it is very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the flowers, trees and plants through the outdoors. Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat bench in the front garden, enjoying being out in the sunshine. It looks nice how you have placed the flowers around the base of the trees. Your WIP is looking very nice! Very nice exterior of the house! The flowers in the front area of the build look very nice, and the trees look nice either side of the front porch.
Disaster has struck! I realised you could start a new game and as I am building on so many lots right now I thought I'd start a new game to try out a few ideas, then I *stupidly* saved it as I didn't realise it would save over the file! I have lost several builds, two of them large ones that were almost finished I am so annoyed with myself! grrrrrr!
I think I have found it! I managed to load a save from earlier, I don't recall saving it so maybe it did it automatically? Panic over! I am so pleased as I really hate rebuilding and this game never crashes like Sims 3 did so I keep forgetting to save! I'm going to upload my current builds before I do anything in the other game as I still can't work out what happened lol! Silly Dippy!
The third cottage so far, this one has a slightly Tudor accent and it did come in under 20k so I managed to get the price down by cutting the clutter to a bare minimum (and a tree lol!)
One bedroom, one bathroom 20x15 lot which could be placed on Rindle Rose in Willow Creek.
