There are several pages of new info to look through...you can still edit your posts on Threads though the forum is locked. If you update your first post with all the new info, I'm sure we're well over 100-120 features.
on a side note...I have never seen that Large Gem thing either...so what ever it is, its NEW

You know, I am one of the people who doesn't like TS4 as is, and I spent quite some time yesterday finding sources and helping out with this list. Then I come back today to see how it's going and find several pages of people (I'm looking at UtaDagda and cronies) just ripping "us" to shreds. That's very nice of you.

Seems like you made your post to make it appear as if people in this thread excited about Sims 4 are being overly aggressive. I'm not going to pretend they have all been perfect angels in this thread but they are acting a lot better than those on the other side of the argument.
Terrariums and frogs aren't new, but frogs in terrariums as pets are. I think anyway, unless someone can provide evidence proving otherwise. I know you could catch them in France and eat their legs, but I don't remember them being able to be put in a terrarium.
You can now make YA sibligns with teens and chikdren in CAS

All clothing is enabled for every category (this means you can have a wedding gown as sleepwear or underwear as an athletic outfit etc.)

Sims can use the rocketship to explore space and bring back stuff from outer space that they can't get on Simsearth - for the first time ever. I guess it is the Sims turn to be the aliens. hehehe But this is new. My first sims will be an astronaut so i can explore this i think.

You have to translate with google...but they have a list of features that we may have overlooked somethings.
