KatieTerrorFace: That's like me. I've had artist sims before, but they just painted random pictures, I've never had them paint anything specific, especially not another sim's bottom.
Well, I already had the four of my sims get married in private weddings and move out into their own houses. I did take pictures of their engagements and weddings though. The pictures are on my desktop at the moment and I'm not even at home.
Anyways, that's why I wanted to do the Supernatural Story featuring those four sims so that we wouldn't have to say good-bye to them. Right now, I'm working on the backstories of each of them in my head and I'll post it on here soon to see what you all think.
MayaRose1138: Well, I was going to make Luna the witch and Cadence the fairy. Also, I'm going to be either playing in Midnight Hollow or Moonlight Falls. I'm sort of leaning towards Midnight Hollow since I haven't really explored it much, but I've seen it in Let's Plays and I love the sort of dark and gloomy Victorian feel of the town. So I really don't think a Merman would really make it in any other world besides Isla Paradiso or Sunlit Tides.
I'm doing it because I haven't really played around with the Supernaturals very much. Jelly Bean was an IF, but I never counted her as a Supernatural because she didn't have any special abilities other than going into her doll form, which I never let her go to because they're super creepy.
My only complaint about werewolves is that they're so ugly in their wolf forms. >.< In The Sims 2, they were adorable.
Don't worry, it won't be scary or anything. I can't do scary. My dad was watching The Exorcist in the living room the other day and I refused to leave my room for fear that every time I walked out, I would have to look at that monstrosity. I'm such a wimp when it comes to Supernatural horror films, but I do love to watch other kind of Supernatural movies and shows.
Anyways, mine will probably be something along the lines of a Supernatural Romance Drama with a little dash of Mystery throne in.
I can't wait to see Tristan in your game. I really like unique names by the way that aren't really heard everyday.
Okay, that works as well, making Cadence the fairy and Luna the witch. Does that mean that Tristan will be a fairy too? Very nice . No, I don't think a merman would fit with either of those towns. I don't have any other suggestions for Harold; if you make him a werewolf, there must be some way to prevent them from changing.

If I'm using other people's sims, I try to keep at least part of the name incorporated into the one I use. I may have to change the hair because I don't know whether the one Tristan has will come out in my game but I'll leave everything else untouched
The morning after the wedding, Alex and Farid ate their breakfast in their pajamas, because they hadn't eaten anything the day before, since having their wedding cake, and they were very hungry.
Farid planned to join the culinary career when they returned to Sunset Valley, so he needed to get his cooking skill up, though he already was at level 4 when they married. So, he cooked individual servings instead of group meals, as Alex had done.
While Farid cooked, Alex fished for mummyfish. They're kind of weird looking, but not as bad as the crocodiles. Now that she had caught those fish, she won't be doing much fishing in Egypt anymore. There aren't many different kinds of fish there, and none that they would want to eat.
Later, Farid called his mother on the phone. It looks like she is asking him when he and Alex are going to provide her with some grandchildren. He tells her she should nag his older brother, Abdul, who has been married for some time, instead of him and Alex. She says she is, but she wants some grandchildren from Farid and Alex, too.
That evening for dinner, they had the shawarma that Farid had cooked.
Farid sang “Under the Hot Desert Sun” to Alex. I knew it was a love song, but I didn't think it was that kind of love song!
They headed for the shower together afterward. Just like the night before, the minute they were both in there ready to start, Alex's phone rang! Needless to say, she didn't answer it then, either.
Farid is a virtuoso, and is learning the guitar. Alex enjoys watching him play.
That night, just as they were getting ready to woohoo again, Farid's phone rang! It was beginning to seem like some kind of conspiracy, as if someone was watching them and trying to stop them from woohooing or something! Of course if it was, it wasn't working, because they never answered the phone any of those times, and after this third time, it didn't happen again.
How sweet! As they slept that night, they dreamed about each other.
Alex and Farid had revisited one of the tombs Alex had explored, to see if there were any new items to find there, but there weren't. It doesn't look like they will be doing any more exploring in Egypt. They started getting into a new daily routine. They weren't hungry when they first got up, so Alex went for a jog, while Farid practise his guitar.
After breakfast, Farid, who had some skill in fishing already, fished in their pond, while Alex tended to her garden.
In the evening, they watched the stars.
They had plenty of loving moments during their final days in Egypt.
Farid had recipes he wanted to learn, as well as a book to read about the fish in Egypt. As he read, Alex chatted with a friend on the phone.
Near the end of their time in Egypt, it became quite clear that without adventuring, there really isn't much to do in Al Simhara. So, it seemed that if there was going to be anything for them to do on trips there, it would be necessary to buy some recreational equipment. They bought a few things on this final day before going home to Sunset Valley. They will buy more when they return for the next visit. Here, Alex is practising on their new golf driving range.
Farid wanted to buy a hot tub, so they got one of those too. Here they are using it for the very first time. They have to make the most of it. Once they have children, there will be no more skinny dipping.
Farid tried out the driving range too, after they got out of the hot tub.
Their final meal in Al Simhara.
Alex watched Farid play the guitar.
One last time to watch the stars in the Egyptian sky.
One final woohoo in their Egyptian home.
Then a short rest before leaving for home in Sunet Valley.
Arriving home in the middle of the night, they went straight to bed, and to sleep.

Parker decided it was time to teach Kinerly how to drive since she was heading into her senior days of high school.
Kinerly: "Mom can we just get in the car already? I know how to work a seatbelt."

TadOlson: Yeah, feeding them a bottle doesn't take much time, since they pull it out of thin air. In sims 2, I remember they had to walk to the fridge and get it out, so I was always very frustrated when I got that glitch where the nannies would walk to the fridge, get the bottle, put in on the floor near the crib then turn back and get the next bottle and basically seed the entire floor with bottles! Sandi seems to be coming right along. She'll be walking in no time!
The kids in Winfield will definitely need that school! And it's nice to have a town library.

They could have fed Sandi on the floor when they got her up. It only takes a sim minute or two extra, lots less time than using the high chair. Learning skills is a good thing to do on days off from work. Just make sure they have some time to do something fun together now and then, too.

I wasn't thinking of celebrity disgrace when I said that about Cadence, I was referring to the reputation system. With all the guys she's woohooed with, it seems inevitable she'd have gotten a bad reputation by now.

Thank you. No, they don't answer the phone when it rings at a time like that! Yes, Farid did move in with her. She owns her vacation house there in Al Simhara, and he didn't have a house of his own. He lived with his mother, brother, and sister-in-law. Soon, they will be going back to her home in Sunset Valley, and later he will go with her when she travels. She owns a house in France too.
LOL! I like the teaching to drive discussion! The kids seem to get in someone else's bed at least half the time, when they're going to get read to sleep. So, Peyton seems to have found her own special someone. I hope it works out for them.
Zabeth0 Somehow I missed getting that Konstantin is a secret agent. Now I don't understand at all. Why would he kill innocent family members along with the criminal he was after? Of course it was Shrek's fault for just walking in. It was his father's house, but he should have rung, but he didn't as he felt his father knew he was coming and so he didn't have too.

The birthday party was going well, and the lucky birthday girl enjoyed the performances put on by Luxy and myself.
There was even a chocolate fountain brought in for the occasion which we enjoyed. x)
As the party was winding down, venue owner and mixologist Malt E. Color offered us both free drinks. Then told us an important patron to the casino wanted to see us in the office.
The room was pitch black and the both of us awoke in some sort of prison cell inside of a somewhat luxuriously decorated room.
"Welcome to my new lair! How do you like it? Some of the world's finest stolen art resides here you know!"
Boone was in his full Dark Mask outfit, but we could tell he had a large grin underneath the mask for capturing us.
He stood up and walked over to the fireplace. "It has been my desire to own pieces of the world's greatest works, but what can be a greater treasure than the Sim who is able to teleport around and "fix" things? MUAHAHAHA!"
He then looked over to the side. "Queenie, are you satisfied now? Clearly I have achieved something far greater than I had ever done so before!"
"Yes! Surely you've improved Boonie!" Queenie was quite delighted at how passionate Boone was about this situation.
But Luxy had other plans!
The marriage proposal got Queenie extra excited. "Oh Boonie, maybe we'll get married someday too?"
Boone laughed at the question. "I dumped you in the past repeatedly. Do you expect me, the great Dark Mask, to settle with you?" Maniacal laughter ensued. "Please, don't even think you have a chance with me anymore! I'll use Kate's powers to shape the world into whatever I want it to be! I don't need you anymore!"
This made Queenie mad.
And so she slapped him silly.
And began to insult and mock Boone.
"Oh look at me! The Truth with my silly black mask! Follow me everyone, I want to show you how cool I am!"
And they got into a physical fight!
Boone won and knocked Queenie out. "Simple-minded woman! You cannot defeat me!"
Boone then gasped as he noticed the prison cell had become empty.
"Looking for us?"
Luxy then threw one of her old potions at the super criminal and we ran out the exit!
Well, after my Simself decided it was a good time to start blowing kisses at her fiance. x)
Boone, after the cloud of green smoke from the potion cleared, had turned into a clown!
"How insulting!"
The appearance change did not stop Boone from attempting to pursue us though! But he did run into a problem - the exit had magically disappeared! "No!" Boone shouted. And then the lights of his lair began to dim until it was pitch black.
Back at our place, Luxy and I were celebrating the engagement and escape from the clutches of the Dark Mask. I also teleported Queenie to our place.
We offered her any help if she needed it, but she refused.
"Girls, Queenie is no simple showgirl! I am best when alone in the spotlight!"
And then she showed us a bit of her singing skills as a show of her ability to take care of herself I guess. x)
"So thanks, but no thanks! I'll be taking my leave!"
As Luxy and my Simself continued our celebration, Queenie was reminded of her family. She began to look through the photos she had of her parents back in Starlight Shores which she had not visited in many years. Maybe I could use a break from this exciting life, even if for just a little bit.
After Queenie left, Luxy and my Simself got down to romanticizing. x)

I love that chocolate fountain, but like the deep fat fryer I don't put it in game often as sims obsessed by it. My sims will use the deep fat fryer to cook a meal even when they aren't hungry lol.

He didn't really have to rush, he had a few days to kick back and relax before he'd have to get to work, and he really was tired, and very sore, but even though he sort of wanted to just go back to the house and go to sleep, he decided that this was as good a time as any to do some running around- perhaps the cold would numb him to the soreness. Besides, it was probably a good idea for him to see the town in the daylight before his work schedule made that less likely to occur.
Most of the town looked pretty much like he'd expect a small town to look, though a book store combined with a spa was an interesting partnership, that was certain.
Though there were structures he didn't really understand...he supposed this must be some sort of horse sport closed because of the weather. There were hay bails just sitting there.
The apothecary seemed to be a bit old fashioned and play off the town's superstitions by calling them elixirs and potions instead of medicines. Part of him really wanted to go inside and have a look around. Maybe later.
The place he did stop and go into was the fortune teller's caravan- he didn't want his fortune told, but based on what he'd observed from the town, he wanted to invest in it- this town was full of superstition, he'd gotten that from day one. A fortune teller here probably made good money!
Inside, there was a middle aged woman with a red skirt to the ground, and shawls and scarves and jewelery, and looking like every stereotype of gypsies he'd ever seen on tv. She was sitting at a richly adorned purple velvet covered table with a crystal ball, eating a submarine sandwich in a crinkly white wrapper. Well, at least he knew there was a fast food submarine shop somewhere in town. He felt a slight pang of annoyance at seeing the crumbs on the table cloth, it was rather ruining the effect. But he regarded all this as ridiculous anyway, so why did he care? Well, he did intend to give them money under an agreement to share in the profits, so, having crumbs ruin the effect was not a good sign of business to come, he reasoned.
She motioned to him. "We'll call it a business lunch." She said, not even faking an accent with him.
"I'm not herre forr my forrtyune tyold."
She laughed into her sandwich,"You don't say. I couldn't tell by the annoyed stares and the way you look like you might get some sort of future telling virus from me. So, really, the only reason you'd be in here is to give me money to invest in this superstitious stuff, right?"
He instantly became more comfortable, a con person had to be able to read things in a person's face expression and body language to pull of a con- he knew, he'd done it. "How much do I nyeed to pyay you to be a scharreholdyer?"
"Five hundred simoleans." She took another bite of her sandwich and chewed it thoughtfully.
He considered. He intended to be here for the foreseeable future. There literally was no where else to go, this was the last stand town, because if he left the country, he would have to escape Konstantin Petrovich, and if he left this town, he'd have to deal with the Hemlocks, who would turn him over to Konstantin Petrovich, dead or alive. He'd sort of hoped Konstantin Petrovich would have given up on him after all these years, but the close call with the Hemlocks had told him that, as he suspected, Konstantin Petrovich was still waiting. His father would have also waited- they were the same way. He wasn't the son that was being groomed to be part of the Intelligentsia, Ivan had been.
Ivan had spoken English and many other languages with no accent. When Ivan wasn't in a suit, he still moved like he was. Rafael knew, from knowing his father and his brother, what to expect. Konstantin Petrovich would not stop until one of them was dead. Rafael would get revenge or he would die, those were really his two choices, everything else was just what was happening before one of those two outcomes. Yes, ideally, he could settle down in this town and have a third stalemate option, but that only held true until something changed and dumped him into Konstantin Petrovich's lap- there was still the possibility that the tensions that had developed between Simerica and Russia would clear just enough that Konstantin Petrovich could walk up and haul him away in handcuffs to be shot "off camera". Rafael was getting into the ground floor of the criminal world here in a few days, and five hundred simoleans really wasn't that much once he really got started working for the criminal world. Yeah, he'd invest it. It might mean putting off buying a refrigerator for a little longer, but eventually, it would pay off.
She finished her sandwich, and used a napkin to wipe her mouth and her fingers then handed the wrapper off to a younger woman who walked into view, took it and walked back into the curtained off area. "You ready?"
He counted out 500 simleons and handed it over. "I'll be byack to pick up a sharre of the prrofits in a veek."
She laughed, "I bet you your first week's share of the profits that you'll be married by next week. If you are, then you'll be back for the profits in two weeks."
His mouth hung open for a moment, then he laughed. He had no intention of being married at all, and didn't even know any woman he was comfortable using the first name of, there was no way he'd be married in a week. "And if I'm not?"
"Then you'll get a double share of the profits next week."
That would be easy money. "Dyeal."
She grinned. "Pleasure doing business with you, Mr. Zolnikov."
I would have gone somewhere to catch some zzz's even if it wasn't at home. He I think isn't comfortable going home after his run in with his new boss. He I think feels vulnerable and doesn't feel like his house is adequate protection.
How interesting that he goes to a fortune teller, I think the superstitions of the town are getting to him. He almost seemed annoyed that the effect was ruined by the crumbs, because he wanted maybe a small part of him to believe she had the power. That is my thinking. When he saw the crumbs, he knew that this too was false.
He even tired has a sharp perception of people in the criminal career, except for supernaturals which we all know can't exist lol.

Here's my own update from Winfield.
Des and Ashley Campbell both got up early that morning and got ready for their new day before getting Sandi up and feeding her a bottle on the floor.
Sandi decided to play with her new If doll for a while before going out to play with the logic toy.Des and Ashley were both busy learning their new skills that they both needed to learn by studying online with their iPads.
Ashley started teaching Sandi to walk and did it for a while before he had to go out to the pool to harvest honey and swin a few laps before going to the elixir shop to sell the honey to them.
SAndi was learning to talk in her playpen while Des was learning athletic skill online with the iPad.Ashley was selling honey and swimming at the time though he got ome soon after and Des got ready for bed while Ashley got Sandi ready for bed.
Des was already in bed when Sandi got taken for a bath and got put to bed before Ashley went to bed himself.

OK, you know how you get in the mood to play the Sims, but you don't really play the sims, you just sit there and start spending quite a bit time building, instead? Well, that moment happened to me, today xD I log in, and all I wanted to do was just build houses because it's a thing, right? I took screenies of the house I spent a lot of time working on. I used the cheapest furniture possible xD

Here is another long update that will be divided into parts. This one is less story related and more of me just describing what they are doing with some dialogue mixed in there. I had so much fun playing these sims and I can't wait until Grace and Ethan are eligible for college.
This update starts off with Tristan and Luna being autonomously romantic by engaging in an Amorous Hug. Every time I look at these two, they are always just all over each other. Nearly all of their interactions are autonomous, which I love.
As usual, Luna is reading just like I do in real life all the time. I also changed her hair. She decided to fix it a little bit and straighten it.
Cadence does the laundry. That's right, this residence came with a washer and dryer and instead of getting rid of it, which I probably should have, I decided to keep it. As you can tell, Cadence got a make-over as well. She cut her bangs short and cut a few inches off her hair.
Instead of waking Luna up, Tristan is a sweetheart and quietly makes the bed so he won't disturb her.
He then decides to make some breakfast for the household. Unlike myself, who prefers sizzling sausage (Jimmy Dean.), biscuits and gravy, toast, and bacon...my simself loves pancakes. Me, on the other hand, not too fond of them. But beggars can't be choosers.
Cadence talks about the current events going on at the University. Who's cheatin' who? Who's bein' true? And who don't even care anymore? (I'd better stop before I break out into a country and western song. )
After class, Cadence calls up one of her guy friends and invites him over.
For those of you who don't recognize him, this is Harold Assange. He was Cadence's fifth woohoo conquest, the final guy who allowed her to complete her Lifetime Wish. You may not recognize him because I tweaked his face quite a bit. I didn't change any of the presets. I just moved the sliders around a bit and ended up with this stud muffin. I'm also going to say his hair is sandy blonde. I tried to give him a skater boy/beach hottie vibe. But since it's Fall I believe at this point in my game, I couldn't really give him summery beachy wear.
There's just something about him that Cadence likes. Maybe it's the fact the fact that he didn't try and cling to her like Skip did at first or the fact that he wasn't a jerk like Nicolas and Mugsy were, nor was he standoffish like Derek. She's been getting those butterflies in her stomach each time she thinks of him, not to mention rolling all sorts of wants for him, which she didn't role for any of the other guys.
These two get to know each other a little bit throughout the afternoon and at the end of it all, Cadence decides that she's going to try a serious monogamous relationship. After all, she sees how happy her brother is with Luna, so she asks him if he wants to be her boyfriend. Of course, he says yes. He also ends up moving in as a roommate.
Cadence and Harold celebrate their newfound relationship with a little bit of woohoo.
Here is a close-up or Cadence's new boo. He's quite handsome. He's apparently in the Physical Education major. So we have Tristan in Business, Cadence in Communications, Luna in Technology, and then our jock, Harold in the Athletics. You will also notice that this household has the four general hair colors, black, brown, red, and blonde. I did not plan this. I didn't change anyone's hair color at all. I just think it's a cool coincidence.
Cadence enjoys some hotdogs that are God knows how old. Hey, if Sims want to get food poisoning, it's on them.
While my sims were heading to their classes, I caught a glimpse of this. This is the same girl who was arguing with herself in the last update. Now she's holding a snake and being yelled at by some random guy. He must be telling her that pets aren't allowed in class.
Luna is never too far away from her man. Even though she's not tired, she still remains near him with a good book. I bet she's reading Game of Thrones.
*Sigh* Of course, she ignores all bodily functions and forgets that she has a bladder. Luckily, she gets to the bathroom in time.
Later that morning, Luna goes outside in her pajamas (like I probably would) and begins raking the leaves, autonomously. This girl spends more time in her pjs than she does in her regular everyday clothing. It's amazing how like me she is. Most of my sims usually switch into their everyday clothes after a shower or at a certain part in the morning, but not her. She's already had her shower and still switched back into her pjs.
Tristan also comes outside and helps her rake the leaves like the good boyfriend he is.
Harold decides to be cute and start playing with the leaves. I didn't get a picture of it, but as Harold was playing in the leaves, Luna turned around and gave him a really dirty look. It was too cute, like "Look what you did to my pretty pile you skater jerk?"
After raking up some of the leaves, Cadence decides to take a picture with Luna. Best Friends Forever!
*Sigh* Really Luna? Cadence is fixing mac n cheese and you decide to grab a plate of pancakes that have been in the fridge for over a week? You weren't even that hungry to begin with. Now you're just being a pig.
Tristan shows off his business plan, which just looks like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me.
Cadence caught this little guy. Unforunately, my game crashed and I lost a few sim hours. Luckily, I didn't lose anything important.
Being a bit frugal, Tristan clips some coupons so that he can get a discount at the grocery store, which no one goes to.
I came across this pretty sim. I believe she's part of the Sorority (don't quote me) and I decided to make her over.
Once again, like with Harold, I did not change any of her facial presets, all I did was move the facial sliders around a bit, gave her some custom content eyebrows, and make-up, and put her into some warmer clothing since it is kind of cool outside. I tried giving her hazel contacts because that's what color her eyes were, but they look more light brown than anything. She still looks gorgeous and she really suits this hair.
And since sims tend to look just a little different outside of CAS, here is another picture of her. She is still very stunning.
Here we have a couple running together. They must be racing each other or something. At least that's what it looks like.
For some reason, Tristan ended up at a protest. They seem to be protesting about the paparazzi and the fact that sims have no privacy anymore. You pick your nose and there is a negative story in the newspaper about it. You kiss your girlfriend or boyfriend in public, again...same thing happens.
The two couples cuddle up as they sleep. I remember in The Sims 2, the girl could lay her head on the guy's chest or vice versa. I really wish they would have done that little animation in The Sims 3. It was so cute.
Tristan and Cadence get their report card for the first two terms. They end up getting an A. They'll be heading back home soon to take the Aptitude test again and go back for another two terms.
Luna: Really? You two? What is it with you guys and leaves?
Tristan: You don't understand, they're so crinkly and fun!
Tristan and Cadence chat it up. Tristan reveals that he is proud of his sister and happy for her that she found someone who loves her despite the fact that she almost became the town bicycle.
Cadence: Wow, you have such a way with words. How did you ever manage to charm Luna?
Luna: Oh, he flexed his muscles at me and I fell hook, line, and sinker.
Wouldn't you know it, Tristan and Luna head to the shower for a bit of woohoo fun.
They can't seem to get enough of each other because they woohoo in the leaf pile next.
The couples kiss each other good-bye. They'll all see each other next term.

IreneSwift: Yes, the blue eyed guy in his pajamas was Ivan, Rafael's older brother, which I've mentioned maybe once, at the beginning of the story, when the very first thing I said about his family was that his brother died because of a football (The football Rafael has in his travel chest), this would be that brother. He was also referenced in the dream sequence as having something after school. Lol...things are going to start happening pretty soon. A week is not very much time for courting, huh? Well, Konstantin's someone who got away with murder, so the natural assumption, if I don't specify, is to assume he's a criminal. But if he was a criminal, he might not care too much about making an international incident- as he's part of that government, however, he's trying to be all discreet and trying to pay off criminals in Simerica to get Rafael turned over to him. Sort of how our government has been known to fund criminals in other countries to attempt to get it's objectives met there. So, I'm simply using the logic that the Russian government is no better than ours.
My husband had a friend who was here on a work visa from Russia because he'd gotten in trouble with criminals back in Russia- but our government was trying to send him back- he'd literally spent nearly every penny (figuratively speaking) he had to get away, and they were going to send him back- so he fled to Mexico. We haven't heard from him since. He had to break a law to escape criminals, he had to go to Mexico illegally. I just hope they aren't as hateful towards illegal immigrants there as they are here. But I'm not trying to recreate my husband's friend's situation, I'm giving Rafael a different situation.

Eating beside the pond is so picture perfect. yeah, I'm pretty adventurous with eating, I've had crocadile more than once, and I've had rattlesnake and I've eaten shark anytime I can (It's like a porkchop of the sea, if you have the added bonus of being scared of it when you were young [thanks Jaws!]and literally being able to eat your fears lol) - but I wouldn't touch mummyfish! Nope. That's something I would not eat! I wonder if it's a reference to the European's historical practice of eating mummies? That might be a little bit of a stretch. It's probably just like vampire fish or death fish.
Lol@Farid's face expression when talking to his mother about kids! Don't you know how many old folk songs use euphemisms? One of my grandma's was pretty much the opposite of all stereotypes of grandmas. I was a prude, even as a teenager, and so, my grandma explained to me all sorts of euphemisms in the old folk songs so that I could be just as embarrassed at hearing 'from his knapsack a fiddle he drew' as I was when I heard AC/DC's 'Big Balls' (Which is made for both the ballroom balls and the euphemism). I think it was important to my grandma that I understood that we didn't just invent woo'ing, and that it had been a subject that had interested people before our generation. This would also be the grandma that got me into history by finding out I had a little assignment about Rome in elementary school and sending me an expensive book on the findings of Pompeii, with lots of color pictures of the mosiacs and (Beware of Dog!), and how many pounds the backpacks the Roman soldiers wore were, and how they built the roads as they conquered areas, and just a real wealth of information. Of course, actually history classes were always dull after that, but I did tend to read about things on the side from then on, since I knew there were sources for information that were so much more than textbooks. So, my grandma was a mixed blessing. I figure I can wince at a few euphemisms for the soap opera charms of reading about what Alexander the Great's Hellenistic generals did in the countries they took over after his death (I was particularly amused by the Seleucids and the Ptolemies and how they fought with each other through generations- I know it wasn't funny when it was happening, any more than people fighting wars and wars by proxy are today, but in retrospect with those many centuries in between us: hilarious!) Anyway, yeah, love songs can be kinda racy! Wow, I am babble-tastic today, sorry!
A golf just range seems to fit! Travel days are exhausting, and if you can go to sleep right away at night, that's a good way to get your body back on schedule after the time change. Besides, more cuddle time, is cute, even if waiting around for sims to stop sleeping takes forever!

You are so right, he doesn't feel safe there after the angle change, he's not creeped out by the idea that he's in a cursed house, but he is creeped out that he's in a house where someone can just walk in while he's sleeping. Well, a small part of him is still trying to get him to realize that these supernaturals are real. Lol- yeah, but she timed that sandwich on purpose. Rafael would not normally marry- he's decided it's unwise and would just give him someone else to lose. And if he were planning on marrying, he'd never plan to do it in under a week- even if he'd already met someone who he loved- that's just way too fast. So, to him, it seems a pretty safe bet that he won't be married next week.
I avoid the deep fryer too! I do like it for my household, as I just have smaller households and keep them away from it. But sometimes I put it on a community lot and yep, biggest attraction on any lot apparently. x)
Queenie tends to get quite lucky, but she usually claims its due to her own efforts. :P

I know for a fact that man will either be married or in no condition to ever come back for the money by next week, depending on who wins. It remains to be seen who he'll be married to or in what condition, but it's a sure bet. We'll have steaks next week, you just watch."
The next day, while Marc was painting in his studio and Marina was hosting a video game convention, Athena the Simbot decided she would do a bit of exploring on her own.
She started at the home's party barn. She was quite intrigued at how loud the music was and how bright the light-up dance floor was.
"These party things humans have, they must be so exciting!"
Athena came upon the juice keg and used her database to find out how to use it. :P
And she seemed to like her first drink of juice. ^^
Next Athena tried out the bubble bar. She was surprised that as a SimBot, the bubbles made her burp like a human Sim!
Athena of course had to give dancing a try. It did not help with her goals of maxing the athletic skill, but Athena really much enjoyed dancing!
Athena spent the rest of the day visiting several venues in town.
Unfortunately, a Sim she met at the laundromat did not like her appearance! ;o

When she visited the second floor of the consignment store/tech resource/art studio, she encountered a Sim who was giving a lecture on economics. He seemed quite crazy about the subject, and this scared Athena.
Next she visited the little cabin next door.
It had been converted to an artifacts display and shop inside. Athena was having a good time looking at the relics until she met the shopkeeper.
The shop keeper, Dell Livery, was very interested in Athena. Too interested.
"Whatever it is you are, I must have you in my collection!"
She then met up with Marc and Marina at the gym and told Marina about all the strange Sims she met that day. Marina calmed her down and told her Sims are all very different, and that Athena will surely meet Sims she can be friends with. ^^
Marina then trained Athena on the treadmill.
But apparently the treadmill was a bit too fast! Marina kept encouraging Athena to keep trying though. x)
On the floor above, Marc was enjoying himself as he practiced on one of the dance bars. x)

Well, I already had the four of my sims get married in private weddings and move out into their own houses. I did take pictures of their engagements and weddings though. The pictures are on my desktop at the moment and I'm not even at home.
Anyways, that's why I wanted to do the Supernatural Story featuring those four sims so that we wouldn't have to say good-bye to them. Right now, I'm working on the backstories of each of them in my head and I'll post it on here soon to see what you all think.

I think I saw a few episodes of Supernatural a long long time ago. I couldn't really get into it. I was more into shows like Smallville and Roswell.
That's fine. I don't mind if you change their surnames or hair or clothes. I just get a bit iffy if someone changes their facial structure, body types, or first names.
That sounds like a good idea. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you end up with for them
If I'm using other people's sims, I try to keep at least part of the name incorporated into the one I use. I may have to change the hair because I don't know whether the one Tristan has will come out in my game but I'll leave everything else untouched

Farid planned to join the culinary career when they returned to Sunset Valley, so he needed to get his cooking skill up, though he already was at level 4 when they married. So, he cooked individual servings instead of group meals, as Alex had done.
While Farid cooked, Alex fished for mummyfish. They're kind of weird looking, but not as bad as the crocodiles. Now that she had caught those fish, she won't be doing much fishing in Egypt anymore. There aren't many different kinds of fish there, and none that they would want to eat.
Later, Farid called his mother on the phone. It looks like she is asking him when he and Alex are going to provide her with some grandchildren. He tells her she should nag his older brother, Abdul, who has been married for some time, instead of him and Alex. She says she is, but she wants some grandchildren from Farid and Alex, too.
That evening for dinner, they had the shawarma that Farid had cooked.
Farid sang “Under the Hot Desert Sun” to Alex. I knew it was a love song, but I didn't think it was that kind of love song!
They headed for the shower together afterward. Just like the night before, the minute they were both in there ready to start, Alex's phone rang! Needless to say, she didn't answer it then, either.
Farid is a virtuoso, and is learning the guitar. Alex enjoys watching him play.
That night, just as they were getting ready to woohoo again, Farid's phone rang! It was beginning to seem like some kind of conspiracy, as if someone was watching them and trying to stop them from woohooing or something! Of course if it was, it wasn't working, because they never answered the phone any of those times, and after this third time, it didn't happen again.
How sweet! As they slept that night, they dreamed about each other.
Alex and Farid had revisited one of the tombs Alex had explored, to see if there were any new items to find there, but there weren't. It doesn't look like they will be doing any more exploring in Egypt. They started getting into a new daily routine. They weren't hungry when they first got up, so Alex went for a jog, while Farid practise his guitar.
After breakfast, Farid, who had some skill in fishing already, fished in their pond, while Alex tended to her garden.
In the evening, they watched the stars.
They had plenty of loving moments during their final days in Egypt.
Farid had recipes he wanted to learn, as well as a book to read about the fish in Egypt. As he read, Alex chatted with a friend on the phone.
Near the end of their time in Egypt, it became quite clear that without adventuring, there really isn't much to do in Al Simhara. So, it seemed that if there was going to be anything for them to do on trips there, it would be necessary to buy some recreational equipment. They bought a few things on this final day before going home to Sunset Valley. They will buy more when they return for the next visit. Here, Alex is practising on their new golf driving range.
Farid wanted to buy a hot tub, so they got one of those too. Here they are using it for the very first time. They have to make the most of it. Once they have children, there will be no more skinny dipping.
Farid tried out the driving range too, after they got out of the hot tub.
Their final meal in Al Simhara.
Alex watched Farid play the guitar.
One last time to watch the stars in the Egyptian sky.
One final woohoo in their Egyptian home.
Then a short rest before leaving for home in Sunet Valley.
Arriving home in the middle of the night, they went straight to bed, and to sleep.
With the birth of Caleb Mark and Janice are going a little stir crazy especially since they're snowed in.

I love that chocolate fountain, but like the deep fat fryer I don't put it in game often as sims obsessed by it. My sims will use the deep fat fryer to cook a meal even when they aren't hungry lol.

I would have gone somewhere to catch some zzz's even if it wasn't at home. He I think isn't comfortable going home after his run in with his new boss. He I think feels vulnerable and doesn't feel like his house is adequate protection.
How interesting that he goes to a fortune teller, I think the superstitions of the town are getting to him. He almost seemed annoyed that the effect was ruined by the crumbs, because he wanted maybe a small part of him to believe she had the power. That is my thinking. When he saw the crumbs, he knew that this too was false.
He even tired has a sharp perception of people in the criminal career, except for supernaturals which we all know can't exist lol.

IreneSwift: Yes, the blue eyed guy in his pajamas was Ivan, Rafael's older brother, which I've mentioned maybe once, at the beginning of the story, when the very first thing I said about his family was that his brother died because of a football (The football Rafael has in his travel chest), this would be that brother. He was also referenced in the dream sequence as having something after school. Lol...things are going to start happening pretty soon.
My husband had a friend who was here on a work visa from Russia because he'd gotten in trouble with criminals back in Russia- but our government was trying to send him back- he'd literally spent nearly every penny (figuratively speaking) he had to get away, and they were going to send him back- so he fled to Mexico. We haven't heard from him since. He had to break a law to escape criminals, he had to go to Mexico illegally. I just hope they aren't as hateful towards illegal immigrants there as they are here. But I'm not trying to recreate my husband's friend's situation, I'm giving Rafael a different situation.

Lol@Farid's face expression when talking to his mother about kids! Don't you know how many old folk songs use euphemisms? One of my grandma's was pretty much the opposite of all stereotypes of grandmas. I was a prude, even as a teenager, and so, my grandma explained to me all sorts of euphemisms in the old folk songs so that I could be just as embarrassed at hearing 'from his knapsack a fiddle he drew' as I was when I heard AC/DC's 'Big Balls' (Which is made for both the ballroom balls and the euphemism). I think it was important to my grandma that I understood that we didn't just invent woo'ing, and that it had been a subject that had interested people before our generation. This would also be the grandma that got me into history by finding out I had a little assignment about Rome in elementary school and sending me an expensive book on the findings of Pompeii, with lots of color pictures of the mosiacs and (Beware of Dog!), and how many pounds the backpacks the Roman soldiers wore were, and how they built the roads as they conquered areas, and just a real wealth of information. Of course, actually history classes were always dull after that, but I did tend to read about things on the side from then on, since I knew there were sources for information that were so much more than textbooks.

You are so right, he doesn't feel safe there after the angle change, he's not creeped out by the idea that he's in a cursed house, but he is creeped out that he's in a house where someone can just walk in while he's sleeping. Well, a small part of him is still trying to get him to realize that these supernaturals are real. Lol- yeah, but she timed that sandwich on purpose.
I avoid the deep fryer too! I do like it for my household, as I just have smaller households and keep them away from it. But sometimes I put it on a community lot and yep, biggest attraction on any lot apparently. x)
Queenie tends to get quite lucky, but she usually claims its due to her own efforts. :P

No updates today since I only got couple pics of Hudson. But not enough to be shown for now until next time as well.

The girl popped back out of the curtained off area. "Momma, you didn't even look in your crystal ball! We'd better not be eating ramen next week!" She crossed her arms in a huff.
The woman laughed. "Oh, my lovely, when you are older, you will understand. Though I keep myself out of the other witches disputes mostly, that doesn't mean it's out of ignorance. I know for a fact that man will either be married or in no condition to ever come back for the money by next week, depending on who wins. It remains to be seen who he'll be married to or in what condition, but it's a sure bet. We'll have steaks next week, you just watch."
The next day, while Marc was painting in his studio and Marina was hosting a video game convention, Athena the Simbot decided she would do a bit of exploring on her own.
She started at the home's party barn. She was quite intrigued at how loud the music was and how bright the light-up dance floor was.
"These party things humans have, they must be so exciting!"
Athena came upon the juice keg and used her database to find out how to use it. :P
And she seemed to like her first drink of juice. ^^
Next Athena tried out the bubble bar. She was surprised that as a SimBot, the bubbles made her burp like a human Sim!
Athena of course had to give dancing a try. It did not help with her goals of maxing the athletic skill, but Athena really much enjoyed dancing!
Athena spent the rest of the day visiting several venues in town.
Unfortunately, a Sim she met at the laundromat did not like her appearance! ;o

When she visited the second floor of the consignment store/tech resource/art studio, she encountered a Sim who was giving a lecture on economics. He seemed quite crazy about the subject, and this scared Athena.
Next she visited the little cabin next door.
It had been converted to an artifacts display and shop inside. Athena was having a good time looking at the relics until she met the shopkeeper.
The shop keeper, Dell Livery, was very interested in Athena. Too interested.
"Whatever it is you are, I must have you in my collection!"
She then met up with Marc and Marina at the gym and told Marina about all the strange Sims she met that day. Marina calmed her down and told her Sims are all very different, and that Athena will surely meet Sims she can be friends with. ^^
Marina then trained Athena on the treadmill.
But apparently the treadmill was a bit too fast! Marina kept encouraging Athena to keep trying though. x)
On the floor above, Marc was enjoying himself as he practiced on one of the dance bars. x)
