Nessie, I LOVE the Starter home - the in-game ones are so lame, and it's so hard to build one and stay within budget - now we won't have to!
It was super-thoughtful to build something everyone can use. It's so well-planned abd laid out - I know I sound like a broken record, but you really are an extremely talented builder!

5.What's on your Unofficial Wishlist?
A Japanese spa as a community lot would be lovely. Also a small (like 20x20 lot) toy shop rather than the default one that came with MH
Also some sim families that I could put around my town as neighbours- they could be nice, naughty or whatever you would like =P and a house for them too if you want ^_^
I'm currently playing a legacy family so any new neighbours would be awesome!
But I would just be super happy with anything you have spent the time making for me =D

2. What store content do you own? I have a lot. Too much to list.
A lot of my wishlist comes from builds and sims that I like and so when they include things I don't have, I add it to my WL.
3. Which worlds do you own? Which is your favourite? All except for Lunar Lakes, Roaring Heights & Dragon Valley. My favorite would have to be Midnight Hollow. I just love the theme
4. CC, yes or no? No, please
5. What's on your Unofficial Wishlist? I love community lots but I feel like I'm really bad at making them. The store worlds are nice, but they lack things like Fire Stations, Consignment Stores, Venues etc that go with their themes. I like community lots to be a bit on the small side because my game can't really handle a lot. I love 10x10 homes too.
6. Favourite Colours? I must admit. I'm not very good with colors. In RL, most of my wardrobe is black. But I see other peoples builds and their color schemes are awesome. I guess I would say I like more traditional styles. But if the lot was a club or something, neons wouldn't be out of the question. I suppose I'm not too picky.
7. Dislikes? Nothing really. The only thing I never play is berry sims. Anything else perfectly fine by me

A gift for Terrylin! Terrylin your posts are some of my favorites & I look forward to reading about your pets & how you are doing each day. I wanted to make you a gift that you can use in game that reflects some of the things you said you loved. So here is a medium starter home.
It has a master bedroom, master bathroom, nusery, kids bathroom all on the second floor. The walls could be easily pulled out to add more space for future kids or work rooms. The first floor has a study, entry with chest (make sure you look inside) , Living room with a fireplace at one end & tv area in the other along with a playpen for a future toddler, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen, dining area & two car garage.
Outside there is a secret garden behind the bushes complete with a wishing well & trees of prosperity. If you sim doesn't have enough funds to buy this gem of a house just have them sneak into the secret garden & wish for wealth at the wishing well. There is also a club house & swing set along with a covered porch so you sim can enjoy some outdoor painting & star gazing without getting wet.
The walls have some photography art that I took with my sim. Look closely at the art in the master bedroom because I think you will find that some of the horse photos will look familiar. It took me days to get a unicorn into my family just so I could take some daytime photos of him. I put horse accents around the house because I know you really like horses. Also be sure to check out what is in the chest that is in the entry next to the front door.
