NPC Garden service.

I get the over haul of the garden for Seasons but why remove the Garden Service ?. Tried to call and it's grayed out stating I need a garden. Well doesn't 30 plus plants counts as a garden.

I have also got this issue in my game. Gardens or greenhouses with lots of plants aren't recognized, the option is greyed out. And even the option on the plant itself to call a gardener isn't there any longer.
