FEEDBACK ON MY CHANNEL?

Hi, everyone! I started a youtube channel a few months back for my Sims Let's Plays. I've got about 150 videos up and I've been uploading daily but I only have 13 subscribers. I would love some feedback on my channel or some advice on how to make it grow. I'm so passionate about it but I can't figure out how to get more subs and views!
