Did recommended max sim count change for anybody else?

My recommended max sim count used to be 200 (post C&D), but now it's suddenly 80. I've only noticed it yesterday, but I guess it happened after the last patch. It's a huge drop, so I'm wondering if something changed code-wise. On my older, 6-year old MBP, which I use as a Windows machine for s4s, it used to be 150 and that number haven't changed (Sims 4 is only installed on Windows side).

It could have due to many of the cheats being removed and something could have changed in the coding.
