Mood cheats not working

Is anyone else having problems with the "adding moods" cheat since the patch today? For example the mood cheat I've been using is sims.add_buff e_buff_inspired and it's not working. I've tried all of the buff cheats and nothing. Any ideas??????

Got the same problem with skill cheats. Nothing in the testingcheats on mod seems to be working.
