Packages Won't Merge. Mod Conflict Identifier?

So, I'm trying to merge my CC (using Sims 4 Studio) to make room for when Seasons releases and some packages (all of them either clothes or shoes) refuse to merge. Obviously there's a conflict with one or more files or some other problem happening. The problem I'm having with that is that it's not telling me which file is conflicting with the other ones making them unable to merge. I have Mod Conflict Detector which is okay and it shows me what files are conflicting but it doesn't tell me what's conflicting with what. Does anyone know a program that can help me find the problem? Thanks!
PS. I play using maxis match CC. I also use MCCC and a few other mods but I don't think that would cause a merging problem.
