Young adult Sim walking like a toddler

Shortly after I grew him up to teen, my Sim started walking like a toddler, and even going up and down stairs like one. He flips back and forth from toddler walk to normal walk. He is the only Sim that does this. I have reset him many times, repaired and reset the game also. Since there is no other Sim doing this, and I have no other game problems, it seems to be a problem with only him. Besides repairing and resetting the game folder, I have changed his clothes, hair, shoes several times to no avail. He was born on my lot.

This issue can be caused by your sim having the wild trait when a toddler.
When the sim walks as a toddler now, they have the “Run Run Run buff” As a temporary workaround when it occurs, type into the cheats bar
testingcheats true
Press enter
Type in
Sims.remove_all_buffs
Press enter
This will stop it occuring at that time.

I have this same issue. Whenever my sim becomes energized he gets the “Run, Run, Run” buff. Is there any way I can stop this from happening completely? Also, whenever I try to do the “remove all buffs” cheat it doesn’t work. I have tried multiple times but it continues to not work. Please help!

The patch broke many cheats in the game. SimguruGrant has posted that that there would be an patch update soon,

The patch said they fixed this and adults wouldn’t walk around on their knees anymore. I guess they lied.
