CAW in TS4

I remember how much I enjoyed making a world or neighborhood in TS2; then in TS3, it didn't seem as easy unless I downloaded a blank world and added everything myself. I haven't tried to CAW in TS4 yet, is it like 2 or 3, or something different? Do I have to download something to do make a world? How do you start???

I don't think TS4 has a CAW tool yet because if they did, then it would be listed under The Sims 4 Creative Corner section.

Back in February, someone had created a thread over in The Sims 4 Speculation and Rumor asking about a CAW tool for TS4 as they had seen an article about it coming to TS4 but someone had posted a tweet made by then SimGuruDrake dismissing the article as fake as it wasn't written by EA.

I'm going to tag @rosemow to this thread so that she can let you know if there is one or not...

There isn't a CAW in TS4. They still can't edit the land in TS4. What some do is delete all the lots and build their own.

There isn’t a CAW tool in sims 4. As rflong7 posted, some simmers bulldoze each of the lots, and build or download homes/venues to place on each of the lots themselves.
