Clothing Request: Police Tactic Vest

Hi!
I'm looking for a very specific police tactic vest to be worn over a shirt. I've searched all over the place and have only found vests/complete outfits from movies or games, specific to a character. Is anyone taking commissions?
What I'm looking for is....
These are actually two different vests. The front has a "K-9 Shep" patch, while the back has "K-9 Yogi." I would like the Shep patch.
