If anyone else ever has issues with the is on playstation, so long as your logged in to your psn. If you scroll to the right on the xmb until you get to library which is right on the end. You click on it and on the left hand side you have purchased. You can find the sims 4 there, if you click on it it takes you to the games page where there is button that shows you all the dlc and the option to download it.
