CAS not working properly and keeps crashing

Hi guys

My CAS is really playing up. Firstly the icons look like this (top right of image):



Secondly i cannot open my Game Settings - it looks like this:



Lastly after spending a while creating a sim then game suddenly crashes, thus losing everything. I feel like it happens while i am in the clothing section but i could be wrong. I have over 5,000 CC's and tried doing the whole 50/50 thing but with the crashing this does not happen immediately so to go through 5000 cc's would take me 5000 years lol!

Anyway..... guess im asking - does anyone know of a MOD/CC that causes things like this? Any tips would be sooooo helpful right now

Unfortunately you're probably going to have to remove your cc and do the 50/50 method in order to find out why this is happening. I guess if you're really set on not doing that you could try first removing any mods that directly affect CAS, such as backgrounds or columns and see if that helps. 5000 pieces of cc is a lot it could just be to overwhelming for the game at this point to load it all.

Ooh, nasty. I've had problems with the UI Cheats Extension before - is it that one by any chance? If it isn't 50/50 is your best bet (as described above).

If you have the 'More CAS Columns'' “ Cc wrench icon hiders “ or “UI Cheats Extension”mods they may be causing this issue . Try removing those first and see if they may be causing this issue, If the issue remains, it would be best to use the 50/50 method of finding the cc/mod causing the issues .

Thanks soooo much guys. It was UI Cheats Extension mod! Didnt have to do the whole 50/50. Phew. Thanks again guys xx
