This is in the top left corner of my screen and won't go away. I even re-installed the game. Anyone else experiencing this? It began just after getting that 'free' portrait for downloading Sims Mobile.

Try shutting down your computer completely. Then restart the computer, load your game and see if the message remains,
If the message remains, try deleting the cache files and see if that helps

Turning on/resetting tutorials and playing through a couple seemed to fix it for me.
If it doesn’t stick turn them on again and keep them on for a bit longer.

Yes. MC Command Center, UI Cheats Extension and several by LittleSam. A few other small ones as well. LOTS of CC though. @KimmyGibbler 's solution worked. I turned the tutorial on again ran through a few of them and it disappeared.

I have been reading other posts where simmers have posted about this, and in the tuning files there is a chance that using the tainted serum will cause sims to fall asleep. It is by design.
