Heterochromia for sims?

So the pets can have heterochromia... Why not the sims? Anyone know of a mod that adds this option for sims? Though, I'd want it to be offically implemented in the Sims 4.
If there's no mod out there for this, is anyone willing to make it or help me make it? I'm not an expert modder but I'd like to try. The closest thing I've done to modding was for Zoo Tycoon 2, and I just added a button... It didn't do anything, though.
