Hey everyone, I've been having a problem with Origin and the Sims and I thought maybe someone in the forum could help.
I've had an Origin access account for quite a few months, but wasn't really using it and so decided to cancel my membership. Today my last billing period ended and when I went to play the Sims, I couldn't start the game. I then figured out that I had been using the Digital Deluxe version, which I had gotten through the Origin access membership. So I tried to access my "old", regular version of the Sims, but that didn't work either. I even tried to renew my Origin access membership, but it just says that the request cannot be processed. When I'm logged in to Origin on the website, it does say my membership has been cancelled, but in the Origin launcher, it still shows up as access member... I'm super confused and don't know what to do... Anyone have any ideas?
