I personally wouldnt go with such a high powered cpu and 64GB of ram paired with a mid range 1060.
Your better off with a intel core i5 8600K (6 cores) AND 16GB of ram.
You forgot to add the motherboard and case. Power supply is also overkill. Only need a 500-600 max power supply for that setup.

Okay, will it run sims 4 on high settings with all packs + future ones?
And is the graphics card alright?
Do I need to put a fan controller in the computer?
The motherboard is ASUS Rog strix z370 e-gaming Atx LGa1151 usb 3.1 Sata 6gbs WiFi rgb ready.

Sorry for so many questions but don’t understand anything about computers and just want to make sure it can run it all ok!!

What case were you looking at? I need to ask because you need to have one that is large enough for that Noctua cooler, As most of the case there will not comfortably fit the cooler.
You can either pick a way more expensive full tower or go liquid cooling. They are your only options as most of the cases there will not fit the Hyper 212 either.
The FRACTAL DEFINE S BLACK GAMING CASE (Window) will fit the noctua (it's a good case.)
So if you want to keep the cooler then this would be my recommendation

Case FRACTAL DEFINE S BLACK GAMING CASE (Window)
    Processor (CPU)Intel® Core™ i5 Six Core Processor i5-8600K (3.6 GHz)
MotherboardGigabyte Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming: ATX, LG1151, USB 3.1, SATA 6GBs - RGB Ready
    Memory (RAM)16GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2133MHz (2 x 8GB)
Graphics Card 6GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060 - DVI, HDMI, 3 x DP - GeForce GTX VR Ready!
1st Hard Disk1TB SEAGATE FIRECUDA 3.5" SSHD - UP TO 5X FASTER THAN HDD!
    Power Supply CORSAIR 650W TXm SERIES™ SEMI-MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET
    Processor Cooling
Noctua NH-U14S Ultra Quiet Performance CPU Cooler
Thermal Paste COOLER MASTER MASTERGEL MAKER THERMAL COMPOUND
The case does not allow you to add a DVD drive, if that bothers you then i would either go liquid cooling and another case OR just buy an external DVD drive.
Fan controller only recommended if you are intending on having more then a couple of fans inside and only if you are paranoid about noise, Most motherboards have ways to control fans anyway.
Let me know what you decide on and i'll go through your final setup with you :)

The setup you done above is fine by me, the only reason I wanted a dvd drive was that I got the sims 4 on disk but all packs iv downloaded of origin so il just stick to the case that you have suggested above and with the processor cooler will that help the computer to not overheat quickly?
What wireless networking would you chose? as it doesn’t come included and need WiFi on the computer. Also do I need to chose an option for wireless router/home plugs?

What screen size would you suggest? I’m not getting it from that website but will be getting it from another shop.
    Thanks for your help

Yes the Noctua cooler will keep the cpu cooler which is what you want with the sims 4 as it's a cpu intensive game.
The case also comes with two 140mm case fans so that helps with keeping the other components cool, if you feel the need to add more fans then the case can hold up to 9 fans.
The cpu is more then enough for this game and almost every other game available, it's got 6 cores so it's also future proof.
Do you currently connect to wireless at home via a router? If so then all you need is a wireless network card or adapter and not another router.
For the wireless option i would choose one of the WIRELESS 802.11AC options, The more expensive ones are capable of higher speeds.. but only as high as your router/network can go.. so choose one based on the speeds you currently get.
As for the screen size it depends on if you have any space restrictions, If you do not have any restrictions then i would choose something in the 24-27 inch range, But make sure it is 1080p (1920x1080) and 60Hz. personally i prefer the 27 inch. I currently have a ultra wide screen but i would not recommend that if you are planing on playing anything older then ts4 as some games do not support ultra wide (2560x1080)
Lastly if you do find the need to use a DVD drive then just purchase one of these

When booting the game from the disc it's only ever used for the initial loading of the game then the game itself is all loaded from the Hard drive.
Of course you can just use origin and not need a DVD Drive :)

You will love the 27" and once you go big you really can't go back to small. I have an hard time looking at anything smaller than 27" after moving up with the exception of my laptops which are 17".

When booting the game from the disc it's only ever used for the initial loading of the game then the game itself is all loaded from the Hard drive.
Of course you can just use origin and not need a DVD Drive :)

Thanks for all your help. Iv got a router so il just purchase the wireless connection. Il go for the 27” one.
If that’s everything I need to know then il go with all your suggestions and purchase it. Again thanks for taking your time and helping me, cannot wait for it!! x

You will love the 27" and once you go big you really can't go back to small. I have an hard time looking at anything smaller than 27" after moving up with the exception of my laptops which are 17".

I'm the same with ultra wide, I could never go back to a standard non 21:9 screen now.
Having the extra screen space is excellent, games are also much better (have to be willing to find fixes for non supported games though) ;)

Lastly if you do find the need to use a DVD drive then just purchase one of these
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/LiteOn-eBAU108-11-External-DVD-Link2TV/dp/B00FWLCD6G/ref=lp_430546031_1_19?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1521851751&sr=1-19

Again thanks for taking your time and helping me, cannot wait for it!! x
I think that's about everything you need to know, Should be a good rig :)
Let me know if you need help after you receive it ;)

You will love the 27" and once you go big you really can't go back to small. I have an hard time looking at anything smaller than 27" after moving up with the exception of my laptops which are 17".

I'm the same with ultra wide, I could never go back to a standard non 21:9 screen now.
Having the extra screen space is excellent, games are also much better (have to be willing to find fixes for non supported games though) ;)
the prices are not too bad on them unless you start looking at Nvidia synch screens and they are expensive I am not into AMD or Nvidia Synch I got mine for $219.

Mine was slightly more expensive.. AUD $$ LOL

Hey I’m looking at computer screens and found an ASUs vp278h 27” led backlit LCD full hd monitor but want to make sure it will be fine for the set up. The wide screen is 16:9 and the native resolution is full hd (1080p) 1920 x 1080. Will this be fine?
    Thanks  x @chesterbigbird

That's fine. If you want better colors look for a ips screen. They are better then the regular LCD.
