Sorry being quiet at the moment as I landed up building a large modern house, I have all the inside to do with a sore hand so it will be done over days
Thank you dear @rosemow when I stopped building I took a few long view screenshots and thought this home is too tall for a 30x20 : ( so now I must put it on a larger plot, but have more area to fill Lol so it will take even longer! ah well I can enjoy myself but my hand wont like it at all : ( Btw your new challenge will be enjoyable for everyone, I will do it when I can I have been looking at TS3 Uni pictures for ideas : )

I hope that your build goes well on the larger lot and that you will enjoy doing it, although it wlll cause you more work Try taking it slowly so as you can try to help your hand as best as possible
Yes I will @rosemow I have done more today on the larger plot, added a garage with Rock climbing wall inside, I am more happy with it now lots more to do inside so stopping now, here is a couple of Screenshots.
My latest WIP, it has 6 levels so its taking days, what do you think so far? Its sort of modern Industrial.
In Windenburg on 30x30
A rear view 1 pool at back and 2 more are in sunken garden entrance
Your WIP is looking so very nice! The exterior architectural design of the home looks so very creatively great! It is great that there are six levels in the build! The greenery flooring of the outdoors areas of the levels gives a very nice look and feel to the home. I will look forward to seeing the finished home I am not good at naming builds so I can’t help you with naming suggestions
Thanks @rosemow I am pleased you like the home so far, and I understand about naming, my mind just goes blank with some creations so now and then my hubby things of one for me
Hi Cassee and thanks I think so far Sky's the Limit is a cool name for it Glad you like it so much, its one that started small but grew and grew Lol now I have to furnish at least half the levels. I did the living room with purple : ) you know I love purple
I suggest that you use the Glass roofing over the open skylights to the basement level

Sky’s the Limit is a very creatively designed modern home! The layout of the build looks very great! Very nice outdoors areas! There are many great feature areas in the build! Very nice sunken entrance to the home! The furnishing of the interior looks very nice! Very nice design of the room areas and each level of the build! The kitchen looks very nice! Very nice double stove island bar counter. It is a very detailed and large modern home! You have put so much time and work into the build, and the resulting home looks very nice!
Hi @rosemow and thanks for the lovely review, I am relieved that you did not try and write about it all as there is so much going on Lol this is why I try to build smaller as I get carried away and take forever to get it done. Im pleased you like the end result Thank you Dear Friend x
Thank you @Cassee and for the name I was happy to use as I still could not think of another. I always scout around for a plot I think will work for a certain build, thats why my worlds are nearly empty as I bulldoze them most of the time. I have the odd build so sims can use them.
I am glad that I have some ideas you can use I do try to think up different ideas, my rooms are always having new moo'd objects to keep me thinking Lol. Thanks for popping by.... Toodles, and have a great Day
My Idea: As Kids who live in the Selvadorada Jungle have to learn as well. They can meet here anytime to hangout, do homework, read books or play Llama games while listening to the local radio for kids. Includes a Bookcase with seating, a plant to tend, frogs and a Flamingo pool, just add water.

It is great that you have created a school cafe for students that live in Selvadorada ! The design and furnishing of each area of Kid’s Jungle Cafe looks so very nice! The water feature pool with the lilypads, frog water fountain and pink flamingos looks very special! Very nice dining tables area for the students to enjoy sitting on the casual looking wicker chairs having a drink from the drinks tray , coffee from the machine or the fridge and something to eat from the glass display cases. . The pink and blue colour of the chairs, and the patterned dining tables and floor rugs are nice touches. Very nice design of the kitchen cabinets and counters area! It looks very nice how the furnishings have been placed there. The string of footwear lights and the wall utensils is a great touch and the wall patterning looks very nice. The type of ceiling lights used in the room looks very pretty! Very nice booknook corner for the sims to relax there and enjoy doing some reading. The floral lattices on the walls either sides of the doors look very pretty! The deer and giraffe are cute there! The strings of photos look nice on the bottom of the open shutter windows. The jungle themed plants add a very nice look to the room. It is great that there is a frog display. Sims will like sitting on the pattened seat bench having food and drinks from the snack trolley, whilst listening to radio music. They will have fun playing the llama tabletop game together. The butterflies look very pretty on the wall!
It is a very nice school cafe for the jungle setting!
Hey thanks @WrathofCath I am pleased that you loved the little Flamingo pond, it was SurfChic's paintings that inspired me
Thank you @rosemow for your wonderful and lengthy review, I am so happy that you liked my idea and how it turned out. It took a while to think of something different from all the other brilliant Cafe's already entered. Thanks for the great challenge I enjoyed myself
Industrial Casino Club looks great! The slot machines design looks great! Sims will have fun listening to the DJ music or dancing to it, and enjoy playing card table or arcade machine games and watching tv. They will enjoy having a drink from the bar whilst doing all the activities, and looking out through the windows. . The grafitti street art on the brick wall areas looks great, and the way many items such as posters, clocks, card pictures and paintings have been placed on the walls gives a great look to the room! It is great that there is a loft area! The arrow lights sign suits the room theme well! The brick wall texture and flooring textures create a great industrial look and feel!
It is a very nice industrial themed casino room!
