Empty European worlds

Hey guys, I have been trying to find an empty world with an arboreal type climate and preferably roads like dragon valley. I liked worlds like Salmon Woods and Storybrook county but I am hoping for something less modern. I want to or can make all my own lots except dive lots, in that area I am an utter failure so at the very least it would need the lots already placed so I could just pop in the lots from a different world. Does this sound like anything you have seen before?

Also, what bugs me about some of the larger worlds is how things are split up. If there is a world with one area designated as a city center and then it drifts into more rural areas would be great. Bridgeport is a good example of this. I don't want isolated little neighborhoods that take a long time to get to

I found one possible option HERE that might work though you would have to pretend the roads looks old fashioned.I did that in Deery Meadows which is set in the 17th century.
