my hopes are really really low....
Only a few months later after initial release pools and ghosts came right? Well they said it was hard, but then oh look they made it happen. Though the ghosts still need more tuning.
if they label coding pools and ghosts as "hard" then how will they make greater stuff? how will they bring new experiences to the players? i dont belive them anymore

They've added Toddlers, Vampires, Temples, Apartments, Festivals, Clubs, Cats, Dogs etc. which were probably more difficult to make, so I'm not too worried. Just because something like Pools and Ghosts may seem simple enough to make, it's never anywhere near as easy as people like to think.
Live your life to the fullest, don't wait for a miracle to happen, be the miracle to make things happen.
Sometimes your creativity is limited where you use it most, but you can use those limitations to inspire new forms of creativity you may never have thought of beforehand.

I too am disappointed. For simmers on a budget it's very useful to know what packs are coming that they might want to buy so they've got an idea of what it'll cost over the next 3 months.
Call me silly, but at this point I would actually be willing to pay extra for a variety of different stairs, ladders, and/or elevators. That's how much I need them in my game.

Both bunk beds and new types of stairs are too big for $10 stuff packs and can only come with larger packs.

That's why TS3 Store was better than TS4 Stuff Packs. Less content but more complex objects.
No L-shape staircases or baby dragon in TS4 Stuff Packs, it's out of scope...
TS3 Store : $14 = 10 items
TS4 Stuff Pack : $10 = 60 items (low interest)
