Old The Sims Rumors

The Sims is a series with a lot of rumors. The Sims 4 has a lot of them going on right now, but what about the old ones? Does anyone here remember any old rumors from times when The Sims 3, The Sims 2 and maybe even The Sims was active? You can post any of them here that you recall.

I remember that there were rumors about a "sex patch" for The Sims, which of course were false. It started some interesting forum topics, at least. xD
