My sims can suddenly use the force

This started on February 17th and continued into today. I had posted this under Bugs & Game play Issues, but it was recommended that I post it in here, as when I took the steps recommended, it was determined that the issue is no longer there when I remove the mods folder altogether, but is occurring when the mods folder is in the sims 4 folder. I tried it with the mods folder out, with the mods folder in, both in my current game and in a new game. Repairing was the first thing I tried, but it didn't help.

I was playing one sim in the social media career. I had her doing the task for her job on the computer, but she wasn't typing with her hands while the completion bar built up. It happened again today with more sims in different households. It is also occurring with my teen and child sims when they do their homework. Somehow they are doing their homework without writing in their homework. Yes, they are sitting at a table/desk when this happens.

I grew tired of this occurring so I turned off my game and repaired it. I then went back into my game but there is no change.
I have MC Command Center mod in my game.
Could someone please help me?
