i want a good screenshot software which is free so i can screenshot it and paint it on a easel on the sims 2 UC please help

Doesn't <windows key> + Print Screen (saves in your documents/pictures/screenshot folder) or Snipping Tool work?

If you have GeForce Experience (for Nvidia gfx cards) installed then you can use that too.

is it okay to delete all the preexisting screenshots of the premade families in the storytelling folders?

bc i can't even find my own between these 99 screenshots nobody asked for lmao

Yup, you can delete those safely and it won't harm your game at all.
