i dont know which 1 to dwonload i have the sims 2 UC please help
You can download any you would like to use. I believe all of Silent Lucidity's OMSP's work. I have used a couple of them. I use this set here now http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=317716 you can do so many different things with these. Best part is you can get the collection file only, so most of the OMSP's don't show up and clog the regular buy catalog. They have their own special folder in collections.
Generally: if you have UC you go for the most recent release of something that has editions for different EP's. Get apartment Life if available, if not you should chose, in decending order to the most recent one available: Free Time, Mansion and Garden, Pets, OFB. (Usually there won't be separate editions for anything else.)
