Claiming my free Sim points

Hi there, I hope this is in the right place. I bought University Life yesterday but I can't remember how to claim my free 1000 Sim points. I know I claimed them off my other expansions but I bought those ages ago and I just can't remember how to do it.

I checked my account on the Sims 3 Store and University Life is registered there, along with my base game and other expansions.

I believe the free simpoints only came with the base game and World Adventures EP as I had never gotten anymore free points after registering my other EP's.

Awww, that's a shame. I'm sure I got some points with my other expansions though because I had enough to buy Aurora Skies. Maybe it was a limited time offer when I made a Store account.

It could had been. I do know that if someone had brought a bundle that had both, the base game and a EP then they had gotten the free simpoints for registering the base game but I think that some had only gotten 500 instead of the 1000.

Ah, that seems unfair that some people would only get 500 Sim points while others got 1000. I remember getting 1000 for the base game and I think another 1000 for Seasons. I've got about 1100 now but some of those are from (I think) Generations and a few are from watching videos to earn extra points.
