Sharp edge appears on ground texture when rotating camera

I am really unsure what causes this, bug I noticed when I'm moving my camera in the center of the screen there is a distinct edge that will move as my camera does. It doesn't seem to happen over indoor textures, just the ground texture.

I was wondering if anyone knows what causes this or what graphic setting I'd need to change to eliminate it?

I think that's because the textures definition is not set on high.

Maybe try going into your graphics card settings and changing the TS3 profile's anisotroptic filtering setting to 16x.

Thanks guys! It's much better now.

For future people with this issue:
Setting the graphics to high did help zoomed in, but not out.
Setting TS3's profile settings via the nvidia control panel made a fantastic difference.
