Hello, everyone!

Well, after a long week of working on this house, it's finally done! This is the most ambitious lot I've ever built. I built this house with room for a family to grow, and all to have enough space for current and future packs.

It has three bedrooms and four baths, one of which is a half-bath. Two stories with a large, renovated basement. The first level has a sunken living room, two bathrooms, kid's room, playroom, study/arts nook, kitchen with dining room, pet items, mud room, and laundry room (updated link below). The second floor has a master suite and master bath leading out onto the balcony overlooking the front yard. Basement has a family den with fireplace, secret science lab fit for a scientist, guest/butler room, bathroom, workout room, project room, and collector room hidden by a bookcase door.

There will be many pictures, as there is a lot of space to explore. I've uploaded most of the rooms separately too, which is helpful for the rooms too small to see wall decor. Special credit to Mcrudd for the full collection, it helped with some of the items I didn't have when making the collector's room. I hope that you like the look of these rooms, @mcrudd! They're located on the basement section of the post. :)<3

This was a labor of love and I hope that y'all enjoy it--your dream home awaits!

Charming in Canary is a very nice family home! :) Very nice design of the exterior, and the outdoors areas look very nice! The attached gazebo is very nice in the build! Very nice wraparound porch and patio areas. The nook area with the floral wall fountain and the flowers around the fairy sculpture looks very pretty! Sims will enjoy watching the birds feeding on the seed feeder, and painting on the easel in the sunshine. It is nice that there is a hot tub nook. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The purple wall colour and confetti prints on the wall in the study room looks very colourfully nice and very effective! The collectibles areas and the science lab in the basement level look very great! It is great that there is an empty room in preparation for the Laundry Day Stuff pack release.
I won’t write about all the rooms as it is a very detailed and large home with many special features in the rooms! You would have put a lot of time and work into designing, building and furnishing this very nice home!
Sims will enjoy living there! :)

Wow this house is huge! It must have taken hours and hours to put all the details together on this house. I absolutely love your kids and toddlers rooms, and I love the idea of having an attic rec room (it was the attic, right?). The gardens outside are beautiful, and that basement is a collector's dream! Great build :)

Thank you, Rosemow! It did take a lot of time and effort as I'm not typically a builder. I'm glad that you like it!

Wow, really?! Thanks! I had a few items but not much. It actually took a while to figure out how I wanted to make the rooms. I can also upload the rooms separately if you'd like them to make collections easier. :)

Thanks! It took about a week to complete. I had a basic blueprint of the shape but then I did my own thing on the inside, which took forever to figure out, haha. I tried my best to incorporate all the details to make it feel like a true home. Yeah, I guess it could be considered an attic. I originally wanted a loft, but was having trouble with it looking right so I only did two rooms and then made a basement. But there's room on the second floor if you or others wanted to build more rooms. :)

Wow, you did an amazing job @ashcrash19 !! My first attempt sure didn't look this good. I especially liked the landscaping outside, the art room on the first floor and I thought the entire basement was just awesome! Would love if you uploaded that as a separate room. Also kudos to you for going for the sunken living room. I'm really impressed and can't wait to see what you build in the future!

@ChaosSimmer86 Wow, thank you! There was a point where I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out (trying to plan out rooms is difficult without a blueprint to go on) but I'm happy with how it came out for a first major build. :)

With @mcrudd 's blessing, I can upload the collector room and terrarium (one with the live creatures). :)

The updated areas with the Laundry pack items look very nice! :) It is great that there is a laundry room now with a washer and dryer for sims to use for their laundry work. The stone paving flooring is a nice touch. It is great that there is an outdoors clothes line and wahtub also. Sims will enjoy sitting outdoors on the patio at the new unbrella covered table, in the outdoors air. The bay window looks nice in the family room, and the new rugs are a nice touch in the kitchen and hall way. The wreath looks great on the exterior wall.

@ChaosSimmer86 I've uploaded the collection rooms! They're titled "Collector's Hideaway" and "Terrarium & Project Room" in case you can't find it.
