    Hello.

Have you tried contacting your tech company or Samsung support? It may have something to do with the graphics, resolution and the inability to open nor use native resolution.

    Things you can try:
    -Restarting or rebooting your tv
-Continue using the 1080x1920 if it works to your liking (If it's blurry change the graphics)
-Contacting tech support or submitting a help ticket to the Samsung company
-Changing the windowed size (Not sure if it works on TV but you can go into options and try.)

    Hello bandit5,

This probably has something to do with the graphics and not the sims itself. Try raising or lowering graphics in the sims, and in your Samsung settings itself.

Do not hesitate to reply if you still have an issue.

I am in no way associated with Origin and/or EA studios. I do not work for this company and am not responsible for any problems with your computer.

If your native is 1080p you need to have a monitor that is 1080p. 720p resolution is lower than 1080p . Everything in lower resolution will appear larger.

Your Native setting is going to look a little washed out and "bigger" as it's a lower resolution then 1080p.
What graphics card do you have?
    i7 6700K
    16GB hyper X fury
    MSI GTX 1080
    MSI gaming M5 mobo
    Evga 750 supernova
    Corsair hydro h110i GT
    Corsair obsidian 750D
    500GB SSD
    6TB Seagate Barracuda Pro
    LG 34" ultra wide

Ok so your working with a lower end card.
Have you made sure the resolution is correctly set to 1280 x 720 (720p) In windows?
If the TV is 720 then the resolution in windows and also in game need to be set to 720p. (1280x720)
If everything is multi coloured that also could be a sign of card failure. (would not surprise me as your card is old.)

If your monitor is 720p you need to have the game set at 720p. You can do this in the launcher. Your not going to get 1080p resolution out of a 720p monitor.

The GT 640 card can run 720p. The higher the resolution, the better the Video card you need for gaming. If you want to game in 1080p you need a 1080p monitor and a video card that can handle gaming in 1080p. Your card is a GT card. You need a GTX card to game in 1080p along with a monitor that has 1080p resolution.
