Do Any of You Remember a Game Called Space Colony

Space Colony was a game that was supposed to be like The Sims but in space. The packaging even looked similar to The Sims (the first one).
You had this colony of selected people with set personalities that you had to keep alive and you had to protect the base from aliens and stuff while completing missions. I remember some of the characters being really annoying. I haven't played this game in so long.

Yeah, I remember that. My dad tried to get me to play it and kept saying it was "Space Station Sims." I never got into it, but I remember it!
