Sims 3 - Hair Window Bug

No matter what setting I run my Sim 3 game in I always have this weird Hair glitch that shows whenever a hair is in front of a window. Does anyone know a fix to it? This happens with all hairs, base game or custom content, it's the same.

Any help would greatly be appreciated. I have a Nividia MSI GTX 1060 and the game reads it fine running at a solid 30 frames per second fixed.

I've never seen a glitch like this before. Do you have CC windows installed in your game?

I've troubleshooted that before. I removed my mods and DCBackup and DCCache folders to see if that fixed the issue while loading up a brand new save and the problem was still there. The hair only has that blurry clip effect while being placed against a window, other than that all the hairs look good.

This reply is a little late but you should be locking frames to your monitors refresh rate.

Besides that and on topic, I also have this problem. I just assumed it's normal all though not pleasant to look at. This happens with any hair that sticks out in front of any window. I'm not aware of any setting through the video cards control panel that could fix this.

I have this same problem with cc hair. I figure it’s normal and move the camera slightly if I’m taking pictures and there’s a window in the way.
