Advice for buying new desktop computer?

Hi! I'm looking to get advice for a new computer (desktop). I don't play the Sims that often anymore, but would like to keep my options open if I want to do so in the future (probably wouldn't play other games on it besides the Sims). So, I would like it to have a CD/DVD drive. The computer needs to have the ability to use three monitors (1 tv hooked up through HDMI, and two regular computer monitors - they are hooked up by different types of cords, but not sure what kind at the moment). Also, I would like for the computer to have Wi-Fi capability for 1 gig internet speeds. Bluetooth a plus, not a necessity. Also, would an SSD be advisable? Budget is around $500 - $700. I'm in the US and would prefer to buy from somewhere I could physically return the computer to if there are any issues (versus dealing with a call center or online tech support).
