having store issues!! cant download plz help

so for some reason the store is just slow and is full of bugs when i try to download something like a world it either comes in the downloads section of the launcher or never! and another problem is that when i go to my purchase history it says i have not gotten anything yet plz help and ive heard maybe @ciane can help me with this so if you know the issue plz contact asap anyways any help will be appreciated alot!

Did you change your user name? The store items might be tied to your old account.

Do the items show up as owned on normal store pages, just not in your purchase history?

There are direct links that help you download without ever loading the store pages, but you might still get the message that you don't own it if it's not showing in your purchase history.
