Hey everybody, I am getting a new computer and I want to know if you all think these specs are good enough to run the Sims 4 with ultra settings on and no lag. Also with cc included because I’m addicted to that.

I wouldn't get that one. There is going to be heating issues. But down below I give you two choices:

Okay I want to spend less than 1500 but no more than 1600 so the first one is the better deal. The last one I’ll think about is this one

LOL why would there be heating issues in the one the OP posted but not the others?

With the heating problem for the first one I would probably update it to liquid cooling since the fans aren’t too expensive and update my graphics card in the long run. Right bless I’m playing the Sims 3 with i3 and Intel hd graphics card so huge update for me.
Do you play any other games?

Nope not as much as the Sims I do have Garry’s mod and csgo installed but I don’t really play on them at all. Mainly Sims.

All of them listed which one do you think will be the better deal for the best price. I don’t know anything about computers anyway. I just went to run with ultra with barely any lag cause the one I have now is eh.
LOL it does not run hotter then the other i7's
Just about every new cpu requires a new motherboard... so cannot future proof with a cpu because they use different sockets 99% of the time.
If going cyberpower for a top end pre built.. i would skip it. they use rubbish power supplies and generic ram ect,.

The last one would be plenty enough to run the game without lag.
user @Pamtastic72 just brought the one below that and they are happy with it.
They got this one

I’m trying to stay away from Amazon because I brought a computer from there and everything that could possibly went wrong did. The other one I was looking at was this one
https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypower-desktop-intel-core-i7-7700-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1060-120gb-solid-state-drive-1tb-hard-drive-gray-black/6032004.p?skuId=6032004
Amazon is not the one who makes the computer.
The ones you are looking at will all run the game, but you have the budget to get better quality and bestbuy do not have that.

If I was going to build a desktop what all do you suggest to get it with. Thinking about doing that instead.

As Chester said and I am quite happy with it. My son was over the other day and he has helped build a couple of computers an he was extremely impressed with my purchase. I of course had to come clean to him that I had a lot of guidance from Chester & Phoebebebe13. The machine arrived on time, well packed and in good shape, and as I told Chester in a pm the game looks even more 3D than it did on my old family HP desktop. I understand once bitten twice shy especially on such a big ticket purchase, but I make many purchases from Amazon and have never had a problem making a return of needed. I would also point out these machines are US built, and have US based customer service, which I found through research has pretty good customer service ratings. Chester assures me that this will play the game through completion, and my son says there is plenty of room to upgrade and expand.I also play on ultra with cc/mods and it runs like silk.
Please don't think I'm pressuring you. I just would hate for you to pass up a good rig at a good price.
Would be this better a better ideal to run the Sims 4 on high

That will play the game on high settings fine, However cannot guarantee the quality and size of the power supply and other hardware could likely be generic.

I completely plan on upgrading this thing when I get more money. I don’t know if you know anything about csgo but would that play the game fine. Thank you sm
It should play csgo fine. The quality of the power supply is really something you will need to find out about before purchasing as it's very important.
You may also want to see what cooling it comes with, i have heard of a few desktops shipped without exhaust or intake fans when you NEED both.
