He Did What?

My young couple who misbehaved at her younger brother's birthday party got promised. He seemed very happy with the move. Problem is, her family was the active family, so I had absolutely no control over him. Well, Saturday came around and so came the Romance Festival.Desiring to spend some time with him, she invited her 'promised' sweetie to join her there. Things were going fairly well. Then they sat together at a table to chat. Along comes another teen, who found Jean rather attractive. She flung flowers at him. Instead of paying attention to his newly promised one, the new gal was garnering way too much of his undying attention. Sarah got very sad. After all, he took her ring, and when they first arrived at the festival, she flung flowers at him, too. Just the look on her sweet face, broke my heart. When I get to play next, (I'm hoping later today) I have some serious damage control, (or should I say, he does). These two are meant to be wed. She texted him when she got home, leaving rather abruptly as she did. I guess she didn't want him to see her cry. Then she made the mistake of trying to call him. He was sleeping, so he snapped at her. :open_mouth:

Is it too late for this very young star-crossed lovers? (And just for the record, no I won't break them up. This is my ancestral game save. These are my sixth great-grandparents!)
