WCIF Organized Buy Mode Artwork?

I'm on the hunt for a mod/cc that will better organize the artwork in buy mode.
I absolutely hate how many pieces of artwork there are that are essentially just recolors but have their own separate item. I really want them to be one item, but with recolors. I'd also like all of the random decals to be the same way. Like instead of a separate item for each decal, it becomes one item with different recolors for each one. It's just really irritating to go to buy artwork and I have to scroll forever past all of the paintings and decals that are literally the same item. The paintings in City Living are especially irritating.
I don't know if this exists, but I really hope it does! If it doesn't I will have to learn how to make it myself because I can't take it anymore!
