restaurant owner/employee question

If my restaurant owner starts to have a relationship with one of the staff, will the employee remain on staff? I wasn't sure if it was like the butler; once you start to a relationship with them you get a new butler

Really?i did not know that about the Butler. But yes they will remain on staff.

Tested this one out a bit to the extent that I added them to my family via cheating. When I looked up their job it indicated the sim was unemployed. So, my guess is that you can have a relationship, but if they move into your household -- as a result of said relat -- you lose them as an employee. Makes it tough especially if you run a 5-star and have to replace them with a entry-level employee. (Chef especially)
