Make My Avatar?

Hi fellow Simmers! I have reached out to another simmer who has an AMAZING avatar, but unfortunately I don't think she is interested in creating one for me. I've got limited knowledge when it comes to photoshop or photo editors, so I am hoping someone can create an avatar for me.
The user is Karlia , with a beautiful gray cat and a yellow circle.
I'm wanting a pink circle with a cat from my personal game in it, partially in, partially out of the circle. I can upload the cat to the gallery with my origin ID!
I would post her avatar but I'm not sure if that's allowed?
Is anyone able to make one for me?
