It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your builds! Each of your homes are very nice! Very nice exterior design of the homes! The balcony and porch areas of Aguava Mansion looks very nice! Very nice sitting areas for sims to enjoy resting outdoors in the sunshine, The wooden and stone wall textures look very nice together. Very nice white colour scheme of the interior of the home.
The layout and design of Tail’s End Farmhouse looks so very nice! The red colour of the exterior gives it such a very nice look! The green trees and the flowers look very pretty on the edges of the home!
The roofing and tower of Waeward Mansion looks so very nice! The wall patterning looks great and very nice wraparound porch! Very nice design of the kitchen nook! The wall pattern is very nice and the sunflowers are a sunny touch on the dining table.
The homes are very nice!

The layout and the design of Villa Saguaro looks very nice! Very nice shape design of the front pathway! The plants look nice on the edges of the pathway and on the edges of the home. Very nice furnishing of the interior ! The windows dining area is very nice for sims to enjoy sunshine coming in onto them whilst eating meals there. The grey brick kitchen wall texture gives a nice look to the area. Very nice layout of the living room! The wall of candles is calming to separate off the tv watching nook. Sims will enjoy siting there watching tv or enjoy playing the piano.
The home is very nice!

Heatherbell House

The exterior design of Heatherbell House is very nice! The green colour of the exterior walls looks nice and very nice wraparound porch! The flowers look so very pretty on the edges of the porch, the building and the front pathway ! The butterfly is a nice touch amidst the flowers. Very nice furnishing of the kitchen and the dining room! The patterned curtains add a very nice look to the rooms. Sims will enjoy sitting on the bar stools at the counter chatting whilst sims are preparing meals. The brick texture of the walls gives a nice look to the kitchen nook, and the chequered flooring looks great! The variety of different types of dining chairs that are used looks nice and homely. The candles are a calming touch on the table top and the plants are a nice touch of nature in the room.
The home is very nice for sims to enjoy living in!

Very nice exterior design of Woodview House! The dormers and the open shutters flower box windows look very nice and prety! The roof covered front porch is nice, and the flowers on the edges of it gives a very nice look to the front area of the home. Very nice calming colour scheme of the interior of the home. The wall pattern in the bedroom is nice and complements well with the bed. Sims will the sunshine coming into their bedroom through the windows. The type of curtains used looks very nice. Very nice design of the kitchen! The wall texture pattern looks nice, and overhead pots, wall knives, teabags ,and utemsils are great home kitchen touches. It is nice that there is a bar stool counter there. The plants are nice for sims to see as they are sitting on the stools eating a meal.
The home is very nice
