It's Prom day and I wasn't going to have the boys ask their partners but Drew had two May wishes - one to kiss her and one to invite her over.
The boys now have Prom dates.
The boys must have taken a flirt break because when I checked on them they were playing catch in a different part of the yard
Everyone got in the limo, including Alice.
I decided to send Mikezumi and the boys out for dinner. Mikezumi looks like she is checking to make sure both her boys got in the car since they have not joined her on two occasions.

She didn't stay long because she was the only guest. She prepared a cheese plate and left John to his video games.
I sent the boys home an hour before Prom was over so they could eat. Drew was voted King of Prom. I'm glad because Chance got it last time.
I was surprised the boys didn't go to bed at 10 as they normally do. Instead I found them rocking the treehouse
When they finished with the treehouse, they watched the stars. It was about midnight and I knew they had to be tired!

While the family were at the park, I got a popup that Beckah had had a son, Ian She must have been carrying him home from the hospital.

Once I made Mikezumi put away her book she was quite happy to socialize
I saw this pudding trying to break into Jensen's conversation so decided it was time for the family to go home.

I have been continuing to read your updates even though I don’t usually comment. It is so exciting to see Amery and Beckah both out on their own, starting families. Although, I must say, it looked weird seeing so few people in the house for Chance’s birthday! So in a save like this—did Chance become unselectable as soon as he aged up to YA? Or, will that happen once he and Iggy get married? I can’t wait to see what all they’ll get up to, they seem like a very loving couple

They did manage to master three skills each so far so the woohoo hasn't hindered them too much. Of course one of those skills was for woohoo Jared needed Athletic and Logic for his LTW and Jensen needed Charisma and Guitar. That means that Jared has mastered 4 because he also got Charisma

No clue where Beckah's hubby was - his tag is friend colour so blends in with all the other tags. Family tags are blue so easy to see in map view.
I can tune out "Get to know" but I do like it when my sims do it autonomously when they first meet sims so I am reluctant to remove it. Mind you, they seem to learn traits just by saying hello
I didn't actually scream "NO" at Drew because the woohoo cancels itself out if they try for baby when teens fortunately but it shows me that he would be one scary sim to play when grown up because the babies would keep coming! LOL

Chance will become unselectable as soon as Iggy moves in the next time I play. I was hoping to play today but it is going to be stinking hot so I might give it a miss until either tonight or tomorrow morning when it is expected to have cooled down. The Sims runs hot on my laptop on a good day but when it's 100F I fear for it! Not that it gets 100F in the house but it is still much warmer than I would like.
I made Jared and Jensen unselectable as soon as I started this save. I saw them get engaged but didn't know they got married until I got a popup. I guess it is handled like townie marriages and just happens when they reach a certain relationship level when they are romantic. Hopefully Chance and Iggy will also marry the same. If not, I will place the wedding arch in the yard and see if that does anything. I remember sims from an earlier save trying to get married at the arch when I wasn't watching closely but they were not unselectable so it could be different. I will just have to wait and see
The boys got up at the same time so there was no creepy waiting and watching by the bed

I have no idea why they didn't use their bed which was right beside them. Instead they walked clear across the house and yard to the spare room.

Drew woke with a wish to boast about his fishing prowess but that meant that he actually had to do some fishing first Even after learning new bait and catching record sized fish the option wasn't there so he didn't get his wish. Not that it mattered because he rolled several fish related wishes while fishing.
When the morning chores were done, I invited Iggy over.
Chance invited him in. I know there are several different flavours for greeting but I do wish there were other options for inviting sims in because hand shaking seems so cold.
I didn't waste any time and had Chance ask Iggy to move in not long after they got in the door. Iggy made a beeline to the stereo to dance Jared came out of the bedroom to work out. I'm pretty sure that Chance is boasting about his good looks in the background
I gave the boys Club Dancing skills and had them dance together I am giving Iggy a day to settle in and will be making him and Chance unselectable the next time I play. I will then be taking control of Jared and Jensen although I don't plan on controlling them much. I will mostly be regulating their sleep and granting them a few wishes
Mikezumi got her first pink diamond back in the mail that morning. It is worth over §4000. She also got a heart shaped tiberium which is in the garden and will be sold when it grows.
I hadn't seen Jensen for a while and found him in the bedroom playing his keyboard.
Iggy is artistic and had a wish to learn the painting skill. I had him take one of Mikezumi's paintings to clear an easel. I was surprised when Chance chose to shoot some hoops when I distracted Iggy. He normally plays an instrument, dances, drinks or skinny dips.
When Iggy removed Mikezumi's painting, he autonomously started a painting. I was hoping for that because I wanted to know if he would paint when I do make him unselectable.
When Chance was interrupted, he stopped playing bb and went to the drums.

Apart from a couple of little flirts, the boys hadn't been very romantic since Iggy moved in and I was worried that I would have to remove the musical instruments and easels in order for them to have a family but Chance surprised me by trying for baby!
They chose the outdoor shower but there were no chimes and no pregnancy either.
The family had grilled cheese, Iggy's favourite, for dinner
The first thing Iggy did after dinner was try for baby! When they cuddled, it triggered a wish to makeout so I snuck that in before the woohoo was added to their queues. There were definitely chimes this time!
Iggy rolled a wish to make grilled cheese after dinner so I had him do that before bed. When I was lining that up, I saw that Jared and Jensen were watching the stars
Chance had a wish to catch a bug so I sent him to do that while Iggy was cooking.

It will be nice to have the boys under my control again either tonight or tomorrow morning when I play. I won't be controlling them a lot because I prefer being hands-off but being able to see what they are wishing will be a nice change because I do love granting wishes

I would have preferred for them to wait to get pregnant but I figured "why not?" when I saw them trying because, although not unselectable yet, they were totally doing it on their own and that's good enough for me
Chance already proposed when they were teenagers so they only need to get married on their own.
Like their parents, I will turn off pregnancy once they have 4 kids because Jared and Jensen are still young and Mikezumi is immortal and I don't want the house overflowing. I know I can have bigger households with MC and have played bigger families in the past but I don't want to push this laptop too much.
When I opened my save at 3am I made Jared and Jensen selectable and Chance and Iggy unselectable. Jared and Jensen's wishes started pouring in and it was totally overwhelming. I kept cancelling them, only keeping choice ones, but every time I cleared some, more appeared. It finally settled down by the time they woke at 6am with the rest of the family
Because I had set their sleeping time before they were made unselectable, Iggy and Chance also slept until 6.
Jared, Jensen and Iggy are only acquaintances at this point so I can understand why Jensen is giving Iggy this look over breakfast

When Jensen and Jared were unselectable and got romantic on their outings with Mikezumi I never got those popups but as soon as the boys get romantic when they are selectable they are not allowed romance on outings? There are some funny "rules" for actives
Iggy and Chance are being a bit slow in the woohoo department although they had no problems when they were selectable. Not sure what's up there. They might only end up with one kid I am sure that Jared and Jensen would love to have used the photobooth but I was keeping them unromantic to stop those popups!

I love it when I see synchronized sims and, although I was annoyed that Alice and Drew didn't get to go to the field trip, I did laugh when I saw them by the bus.

Once I made Mikezumi put away her book she was quite happy to socialize
I saw this pudding trying to break into Jensen's conversation so decided it was time for the family to go home.
Unfortunately he stopped Jensen from coming home and he got broken away from the group
When I checked back at home, Mikezumi was "getting to know" Drew. I'm pretty sure she knows all there is to know about him since she practically raised him!
Chance took a drink to the hot tub. Don't drink kids! It leads to degenerate behaviour
The family did their own thing for about an hour before it was time for Chance's birthday.
He looks good but the clothes not so much

While the family were eating cake, I noticed May was fishing in the family pond. Drew had a wish to kiss her locked him so I sent him out to invite her in when he was done.
When Jensen pulled out a drum kit I checked the corner where I keep the family drums and they were still there!
While Drew was entertaining May, Chance made himself comfortable at the bar
When I was lining up a shot of Drew and May watching the stars, I saw §40 deducted from the household funds.
When Jensen brought out his drum kit again, Jared relaxed in the hot tub. I had Chance join him. Mikezumi had just finished a painting and joined them as well. Drew and May were up to no good in the spare bedroom
When I saw Drew trying for baby I had him send May home!

Wonder why the mail carrier was so grumpy? PMS maybe? I've wanted to slap a few people around when I had that, but, never acted on it!

I would think the getting to know you interaction would go away after they learn all the sims traits, but it doesn't.

They did manage to master three skills each so far so the woohoo hasn't hindered them too much. Of course one of those skills was for woohoo
The mail carriers always seem to be mean! I don't know why
No clue where Beckah's hubby was - his tag is friend colour so blends in with all the other tags. Family tags are blue so easy to see in map view.
I can tune out "Get to know" but I do like it when my sims do it autonomously when they first meet sims so I am reluctant to remove it. Mind you, they seem to learn traits just by saying hello
I didn't actually scream "NO" at Drew because the woohoo cancels itself out if they try for baby when teens fortunately but it shows me that he would be one scary sim to play when grown up because the babies would keep coming! LOL

Chance will become unselectable as soon as Iggy moves in the next time I play. I was hoping to play today but it is going to be stinking hot so I might give it a miss until either tonight or tomorrow morning when it is expected to have cooled down. The Sims runs hot on my laptop on a good day but when it's 100F I fear for it! Not that it gets 100F in the house but it is still much warmer than I would like.
I made Jared and Jensen unselectable as soon as I started this save. I saw them get engaged but didn't know they got married until I got a popup. I guess it is handled like townie marriages and just happens when they reach a certain relationship level when they are romantic. Hopefully Chance and Iggy will also marry the same. If not, I will place the wedding arch in the yard and see if that does anything. I remember sims from an earlier save trying to get married at the arch when I wasn't watching closely but they were not unselectable so it could be different. I will just have to wait and see

Jensen made the first move.
I have no idea why they didn't use their bed which was right beside them. Instead they walked clear across the house and yard to the spare room.
The famiy had a quiet Sunday breakfast of crepes.
Mikezumi woke with a wish to weed. She gets to do most of the gardening so it's good that she wishes to do so occasionally
Chance woke with a wish to practise MA.
Drew woke with a wish to boast about his fishing prowess but that meant that he actually had to do some fishing first
When the morning chores were done, I invited Iggy over.
Chance invited him in. I know there are several different flavours for greeting but I do wish there were other options for inviting sims in because hand shaking seems so cold.
I didn't waste any time and had Chance ask Iggy to move in not long after they got in the door. Iggy made a beeline to the stereo to dance
I gave the boys Club Dancing skills and had them dance together

I hadn't seen Jensen for a while and found him in the bedroom playing his keyboard.
Iggy is artistic and had a wish to learn the painting skill. I had him take one of Mikezumi's paintings to clear an easel. I was surprised when Chance chose to shoot some hoops when I distracted Iggy. He normally plays an instrument, dances, drinks or skinny dips.
When Iggy removed Mikezumi's painting, he autonomously started a painting. I was hoping for that because I wanted to know if he would paint when I do make him unselectable.
When Chance was interrupted, he stopped playing bb and went to the drums.

Apart from a couple of little flirts, the boys hadn't been very romantic since Iggy moved in and I was worried that I would have to remove the musical instruments and easels in order for them to have a family but Chance surprised me by trying for baby!
They chose the outdoor shower but there were no chimes and no pregnancy either.
The family had grilled cheese, Iggy's favourite, for dinner
The first thing Iggy did after dinner was try for baby! When they cuddled, it triggered a wish to makeout so I snuck that in before the woohoo was added to their queues. There were definitely chimes this time!
Iggy rolled a wish to make grilled cheese after dinner so I had him do that before bed. When I was lining that up, I saw that Jared and Jensen were watching the stars
Chance had a wish to catch a bug so I sent him to do that while Iggy was cooking.

Both Amery and Beckah started their families as soon as they left home! I meant to check my SP settings but keep forgetting. I thought I had it set on snail pace but maybe not
Drew and May are perfect for each other! I think they will have a great life together
Personally, I think Mikezumi is the star of this game
It will be nice to have the boys under my control again either tonight or tomorrow morning when I play. I won't be controlling them a lot because I prefer being hands-off but being able to see what they are wishing will be a nice change because I do love granting wishes

I would have preferred for them to wait to get pregnant but I figured "why not?" when I saw them trying because, although not unselectable yet, they were totally doing it on their own and that's good enough for me
Chance already proposed when they were teenagers so they only need to get married on their own.
Like their parents, I will turn off pregnancy once they have 4 kids because Jared and Jensen are still young and Mikezumi is immortal and I don't want the house overflowing. I know I can have bigger households with MC and have played bigger families in the past but I don't want to push this laptop too much.

Because I had set their sleeping time before they were made unselectable, Iggy and Chance also slept until 6.
Jared, Jensen and Iggy are only acquaintances at this point so I can understand why Jensen is giving Iggy this look over breakfast
Jared looks happy that I cancelled his attempt to clear the dishes
Drew woke with a wish to prepare party food (can't remember the exact wish wording) but I cancelled it since it wasn't going to happen. Fortunately he rolled a wish to prepare perfect pancakes after breakfast
Jensen wanted to learn the handiness skill so I gave him a book.
Jared wanted to discover a potion.
Iggy wasn't feeling very well
On the other side of the bathroom door, Chance played the drums while his fiance threw up
Jensen also had wishes to learn new songs for guitar and piano locked in.
When Iggy finished throwing up, he went outside to work on the painting he had started the previous day. I never did see the finished result because he must have sold it when I wasn't looking. I checked his inventory when I realized the easel was empty but it was not there
I saw Iggy heading to Jensen for a chat. While chatting they became friends
When I saw Chance heading outside I went into map view to see what his tag said but it didn't say so I had no idea he was going to do this until it happened!
Iggy danced while Chance skinny dipped. I was surprised to get a popup that the boys had married since they had barely acknowledged each other all morning!
When Chance finished skinny dipping he stayed in the pool to dive and swim. After he had been in the pool for a few hours, I sent Mikezumi out to interrupt him because I don't need him drowning on me!
Iggy must have interrupted something because Jensen wasn't in sleepwear the last time I saw him!
When Mikezumi finished talking with Chance she headed to the gazebo to read. I was so happy because she is the first sim to use my new hanging chairs

I saw Jared asking Iggy for a game of catch when they became friends after chatting. Iggy won't thank me for that
I've seen Iggy trying to head to several mirrors to check himself out. He aged up with the Snob trait which I replaced with something else when I gave him his birthday makeover. Like Trinity with the Childish trait, it seems to have stuck.
I saw Stein, Iggy's father, walking to the fishing spot across the street, so I had Mikezumi invite him over.
He went straight to the TV (probably had a low fun bar) so I had Mikezumi join him.
I was thrilled when Iggy came to talk with his dad

When I saw that Stein's favourite food was cheesesteak, I had Mikezumi prepare some
After learning a new guitar song, Jensen had a wish to play in front of 4 sims. I had him quickly start before everyone went their own way after dinner.
When Mikezumi made the cheesesteak I realized they were running low on steaks so I had Mikezumi visit the community garden to harvest some more.
When I checked back on the house, I found Iggy, Chance and Stein chatting
When the boys headed out to watch the stars, I sent Stein home.
Their star gazing was cut short when Iggy got his notice
After getting his notice Iggy went inside to dance and Chance joined him
They danced for quite a while and when it started getting late, I turned off the stereo and they went to bed

The only time the gazebo had been used before Mikezumi read her book there was when I had the tea set out but I had to get rid of that because the boys slept too little for my taste already!

Jared and Jensen were a little late because Jared had a wish to kiss Jensen and I am just so happy to be able to see their wishes again
Jensen got stuck with the dishes because Iggy and Chance made no move to clear them.
I noticed that Jensen had gardening skill and remembered getting a popup when he was chaperoning the kids on a field trip to the Science Facility. I sent Jared out to get him started on the skill. Mikezumi long ago mastered gardening and has all the challenges so I'm sure she'll be happy to put her feet up for a while
Drew woke with a wish to fish. He fished until the school bus came.
The boys haven't woohooed since trying for baby a couple of days ago
When I saw Iggy approaching Chance I got excited until I realized he just wanted to give him a trivia challenge
These two, on the other hand, haven't slowed down at all
Chance chose to have his morning shower outside.
Iggy must have waylaid Jensen on his way out of the bathroom. Jensen is not a dancer and, from the look on his face, he wants out!
Chance came in and interrupted the dance to talk with Jensen.
Iggy took advantage of the interruption to take his morning shower.
I had Jensen take everyone to the bowling alley.
Everytime Jared and Jensen got romantic, I got popups asking if I wanted to disband the group so they could be alone but I always cancelled it because I didn't want to strand Iggy and Chance there.
I don't like to control my sims when they are out and Mikezumi chose to read a book.
Because Chance was stopped for a chat by Pauline Lothario, Iggy went upstairs to play pool. The bowling alley was quite busy for a Monday!
When I got my fourth notice to disband the group, I had the boys bowl. I don't like to be told how to play!

No sooner than Chance settled down to play, he was interrupted by Nick Frio who was there with his wife and his brother, Noel.
When I checked downstairs, I saw that Mikezumi had put her book away.
Drew joined his family after school. "You send me to the bowling alley and make me do my homework?"
When I checked upstairs I found that Shark Racket and his wife, Carla, were with Chance.

Chance came down to bowl when the Rackets lost interest in him
When Mikezumi finished her game, she chatted with Jensen and Drew.
When I checked on Iggy he was playing foosball.
Mikezumi went up and joined him. Jared and Drew also went upstairs and played pool together. Gotta love autonomy
The family had dinner at the Diner before going home
When Drew started breaking space rocks, I had Mikezumi collect the gems.
I almost missed Jared and Jensen watching the stars.
When they were done watching the stars, I sent them fishing. Jensen also had a fishing skill point from his field trip to the Science Facility but Jared had none. You can see Iggy and Mikezumi painting in the background.
While Iggy painted, Chance danced.
Iggy woke just before I saved and closed my game at 3!

Those pop ups are awful! I didn't even have anyone grouped on the day outing in my save, but, as soon as someone got the least bit flirty or romantic the pop ups came. Frustrating.

When Jensen and Jared were unselectable and got romantic on their outings with Mikezumi I never got those popups but as soon as the boys get romantic when they are selectable they are not allowed romance on outings? There are some funny "rules" for actives
Iggy and Chance are being a bit slow in the woohoo department although they had no problems when they were selectable. Not sure what's up there. They might only end up with one kid

I love it when I see synchronized sims and, although I was annoyed that Alice and Drew didn't get to go to the field trip, I did laugh when I saw them by the bus.
Iggy and Chance were made unselectable during the night after Iggy's first day to settle in. It's great being able to see Jared and Jensen's wishes again because I have always been about giving my sims what they want
