California Bungalow looks amazing! Love the exterior design and especially the landscaping at the front of the house! Fantastic job as well on the interior design! It looks so pretty and comfy with the furniture choice and well chosen pops of colour.
The exterior design and layout of Windenburg University looks very grand! The roofing towers and flagpoles look great! It looks very nice the type of and placement of the windows in the build, and the flowers look pretty in the front areas. Very nice outdoors area with the statue, flowers, reduced sized ruins and the wall clock! It looks very nice how the classroom has been set up with the tables and chairs. The podium is a great touch there. Students will be able to watch study programs on the tv screens. The science lab and study room looks great! The skeleton is a great touch there! Sims will enjoy using the computer at the desk table.
Very nice homely exterior design of Brindleton Bungalow! The roofing and large dormer looks very nice, and the flowers and greenery look very nice on the edges of the front porch. Very nice interior of the home! The windows sitting nook in the dining room is very nice! It looks a very nice light filled place to sit, relax and chat. Very nice design of the kitchen! The brick wall texture gives a great look and feel to the room. The eat in wall counter table is nice for sims to eat meals at. The cat is enjoying sleeping in front of the fire

Each of your three latest builds look very nice! Very nice exterior design and layout of Modern Lodge! It looks great how you have used the large rocks in the build! The large glass windows create a very nice light filled home. Sims will enjoy nice views of the outdoors when inside their home. The design of the kitchen with the bar stool and sink counter looks nice. Very nice bedrooms, for sims to enjoy waking up to sunshine coming in. The candles and green flowers are special touches in the master bedroom. The canopy bed is very nice there.
Hamptons Cottage looks very nice and costal, and would suit Brindleton Bay very well. Very nice roofing, and the white fencing on the edges of the lot adds a nice look to the home. Very nice study! The brown wall panelling gives a special richness look to the room. Very nice windows study desk table area for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table reading a book,with sunshine coming in. They will enjoy playing chess there. Very nice dining room! The type of dining chairs used looks very nice. The teaset on the table and the crockery cabinet and plates are nice touches there. The round island conter table in the kitchen is very nice for sims to sit at and enjoy eating a meal. The Kids playroom is very nice! The kids will have fun playing with the dollhouse and toys from the chest. The giraffe is cute! The type of curtains used look very nice.

The exterior design of the Bay Home is very nice! The blue colour of the exterior looks nice and very nice light filled entrance living room area! It looks such a nice sunny area for sims to enjoy sitting at the windows table or on the armchair reading a book and looking out through the nice bay windows at the outdoors views! The flowers are a pretty touch on the table. Very nice kitchen and dining area. The candles on the dining table look pretty and calming , and the white brick kitchen wall texture looks nice. The fireplace will keep Sims warm whilst dining there. Very nice wall paneling in the bathroom. The hanging robe is a homely touch, and the candles are special placed on the floor around the bath tub. Very nice colour schemes and furnishing of the bedrooms.
