What happened in my Sims game today....absolutely Nothing!
My aging up and down of Meggie finally caught up with me and my Appaloosa finally died a painful glitched out death...which stinks because I was in the middle of setting up the next few scenes and they are very labor intensive. I do have 2 copies of that town but they were copied awhile back so semi useless..
On a positive note..L moved up to "Official Favorite!" The bunny tattoo is reserved for my SS and my very favorite Sims, he also gained a bit of 5 O'clock shadow...makes him even smexier (in my very very biased opinion ).
L and Meggie, this means nothing they are not even in the same towns at this point, I was just messing with a couple of extras and watching the sunrise.

I gave up working on my story today, it is moving very far away from the original story I played a few years back it just wants to go in the wrong direction and I'm doing nothing to stop it because I love where it is going! I'm going to go with it and will at a later date do the story as it was originally supposed to go (without a few key extra story messing up characters!). This version will most like be a happy ending but am doing some rewriting regardless...it will still be called Secret Obsession because....reasons...

Today I played a bit to decompress from an annoying morning. I will be doing feedback tomorrow, probably posting after every page!
I went to check on Alien mom and Kizzie or whatever I named her, baby was missing!! Mom still had the had a girl moodlet but the baby was not in the panel and was nowhere to be found! I switched over to Connor and Alien lady that did the implanting the old fashioned way!

Connor tried to take her to the hospital I cancelled it but that is why she is her jacket...and SOMEONE has some explaining to do, that child is most certainly not Connor's coloring nor Alien Lady's coloring!! I knew darker babies were possible due to my messing with genetics yesterday but kind of a shocker anyways, she is a cutie though.

Aged her up right away...she got the gross brown/green color that Connor has in his roots, I aged her up again and changed it. Got her mid blink.
Decided to age her down to toddler for a few, this house is getting deleted at any rate so it doesn't matter.

First off the dingbat breaks her phone while standing in the middle of the road...she almost deserved to get run over for being a klutz but alas no one even drove by, I do wish Sims could die by getting hit by cars!
Then Garrett (who is in the next story update) decided he just flat out doesn't want to go to any of the lots I need to send him to! I replaced him and the lots and all was fine but it chewed up time and I just gave up even trying to get a story update done after that.

I kinda wanted to remain loyal to the original colors, adding them into patterns and such but Ciel in a PINK room is totally out of character, it will most likely wind up black and dark blues. I am planning to keep the bed, I like that one.

No story update today but a few pretty amusing things happened while I was playing..
I had Meggie collect and place 5 space rocks to try and attract aliens since I have Jinn, Thayer, Light, L and Ciel in that house with Meggie and Becky. I doubted it would work because every time a Sim gets kidnapped and impregnated in my game (this is the third time) there had been nothing near the house to attract them at all...
This time it did get a nibble, but he just showed up to look at the pretty space rocks.
Ghost Light and Thayer having a chat...the pool conversation had me laughing! I had just pressed Chat and the pool was the first subject to show up...
After a few more actions I chose "tell secret" for Thayer...the secret that Thayer told was a bit freaky!!
Grim had a bunch of fun at Connor and Jared's house..lounging about in their pool!

I had only switched to Connor and Jared's house because after a party that my other Sims were invited to by Jared I noticed they had no dishwasher or garbage disposal so I switched to C and J's house to add them in. I saw Connor run outside and saw the ship...

I was getting hearts for both genders with Bo so I decided to do a bit of an experiment..I had him introduce himself to every Sim I saw, I took screenshots of the ones I saw hearts for (some I missed but heard that they got hearts). I wanted to know what I was dealing with, gay, bi, strait, or what..pretty sure he's either gay or right down the middle Bi.
He did get his $10,000 so the house was expanded by another 4x4, which is good as it seems Bree has moved in!

I had no idea Sims could get fleas! Cats and dogs yes, but Sims themselves can get them, as Luke had them!! He had black dots jumping off of him, there is one by his shoulder. I switched houses to have him jump in the shower.
Bought the pet cleaner thingie to rid Cleo of her fleas..
Even a shower didn't work for Luke so I cheated the moodlet as I had no idea how to get rid of them on Sims.
Sent him back to the park...wanted to experiment with him as he is married to Sophia in this save and has only been with her, but is with Billy in all of my other saves. This doesn't prove anything Ciel is gay except when my SS is mauling him.

Okaaaaaay then...I do have 1 legit gay couple in town (Jinn and Thayer) and it seems every time I have even one gay couple in town all my males start leaping out of the closet!! Not that I care, they can love whomever they want, except Connor and Jared, they are my two off limits boys.

First was Dylan, very basic, I see now his eyes are huge, too low and his face is pretty chubby...he is from 3 1/2 years ago when I first started playing.
Simon, his nose is honking! I haven't changed him or tweaked him since I created him and he is still a favorite, he was created specifically for Dylan.
Then came Luke who I still adore:
Vladimere has a huge nose, his face isn't long enough, his eyes are huge...but he's my baby and wouldn't be my avatar unless I adored him.
Stephen my evil fairy..he is a slightly tweaked Jared....I can still see Jared peeking out.
JC is from 2 years ago, he is super basic..
Farren is still basic but I started experimenting with different eyes and eye sliders.
Sam's face is too fat, and I hadn't discovered shrinking head width yet...

Freddie started out as a Maxxie clone, the 2 actors faces are remarkably similar, Freddie's lips are very different though and his nose needed tweaking.
Out of my Skins Sims I am most proud of Tony, he really resembles Tony..(I have to give him his jerky traits so he acts like him too) what do ya think @Mikezumi , I'm thinking Charismatic, Flirty, Genius, Inappropriate and Schmoozer...thoughts?

Scott was named months ago, he was a blurb character in Kate, the cute teen I made up for a Sim who's name I already forgot, he was the one who I tried out "make a move" with as I had never used that action before. It is super cute!
Awwwwww!! He was so cute here...too bad I aged him up and recycled him into a jerk! But fear not, because I couldn't kill him off, so I gave him a makeover and was going to move him in with Lilah, the girl who picked on Kate as a child and teen but at the last second I decided to throw him in with the Single moms and let Fiona and Molly have at him.
Gave Gunther and Cornelia minor makeovers, Mortimer was already aged up to teen for the Kate story and I never bothered to age him down again incase I needed him for another scene...I might actually age him up and invite him to Kate and Riley's wedding, because he was such a sweetheart to Kate as she was growing up (that is major sarcasm if you haven't read Kate).
Gunther and Cornelia are hoping to have another child, I always argue that Mortimer needs a sibling, poor kid always looks lonely...

Goths/Kate part 1
This is a story I started over a year ago, never finished it, it only has about 5 updates on my part to be complete so I'll be relisting it on @emorrill 's thread for those who wish to read it (it was buried way back in the thread, took me quite a while to find them all). This is actually a continuation of my story Kate but that one needs pictures replaced and is very long, a good chunk of it is listed in the stories section..
I added on to their pool and Gunther had to try out a bit of surfing...I didn't know the sea lions (seals or whatever they are) could go in pools!!
Cornelia was talking to Mortimer about hating the pool while Gunther was in the pool, she must have had a feeling about that sea lion!
Gunther came upstairs to spend time with his loving wife.....can you feel the love??
Me to them:..."Get along da*mn it!!!"
"Love you Gunther!" "Love You Cornelia!"
"Gunther, just watch the dang show and stop yapping!"
Later that night they seemed to put their grumpiness on the back burner and were getting along great!

This is Craven's CJ..who my game decided to name AJ, which is fine with me, I already have a JC and JJ in my game.
Moved him in with Kate, Riley and Will until I get him a nice house. This Kate and Riley are most likely my originals who are still technically divorced, thus the screaming.
He and Will seem to be getting along splendidly....
I think Will is just miffed because he knows what I did to his parents wonderful relationship.

THIS is the only "problem" with this experiment.....I made the fatal error of aging Thayer up to have a sneak peek before I exited without saving, and with just a little tweaking I am madly in love with him (He went right into the bin!!)
Started my child only challenge, I did a few days of one months ago, this one will have her at child age for 15 days. She started with an adult roommate who I then starved to death to "get rid of", the social worker of course showed up, I object deleted him and his car...problems solved!
The child I'm using is Lilah, the girl who made Kate's life hell as a child/teen, I decided I wanted to make her life a little difficult...a bit of payback....if you will.
Getting rid of the adult...
I was going to throw the poor girl into an empty lot and make her work her way up from there but since I don't do mods and am not using any cheats she can not do gardening till she is a teen so I decided to take it easier on her, she was allowed an unfurnished house with just the basics, I then bought her a sleeping bag and put her down to Zero on household funds. She is in a brand new town and I'm not going to add any of my enhanced buildings to help her out. The poor kid also has to keep up a C average in school, she skipped day one and was down to a D, so I sent her the next day.

Collecting the pretty flowers, I sold them right away, she has a good chunk of change for some new furniture.
She made a snow cone, which was good because she was pretty hungry, I had her buy some fries from the food stand she put them down and because Cornelia was in the way couldn't eat them, I tried to move them and lost them!
Caught a monarch, I let her keep him.
Her fun bar was very low so she got to play in the sprinklers for awhile.
Collecting at the beach, didn't get too much.

With everything she collected she made close to 2,000 Simoleons. Got her some nice new needed furniture.
Looks like she may be worried about money, though she is a mooch so that may have something to do with her money dreams.
Finally a table and chair, much better than eating in the bathroom!

Her new additions, I also got her a kids oven and couch. I also recolored the bathroom fixtures and floor..
Breaking in her oven, her muffin came out great, no charcoal!
Though her life was not all peaches and cream, it wasn't exactly unbearable either, she had a roof over her head and was doing pretty good with collecting and buying new furniture....but even Sims tend to have curve balls thrown at them when life looks most hopeful.
The jerk stole her easel, and her only dining chair! Lilah was not amused, and didn't have any money to replace the items.
Her luck seemed to be turning around as she did great collecting the next day...
Found a bunch of flowers and a pigmy tortoise, who she wanted to keep but couldn't afford to right now, he sold for over $600.00!
She was getting lonely so I sent her off to the park, she wound up playing soccer with Madison.
I thought she only had the bathroom sink, but she did have the kitchen sink too which is good if one ever breaks because she will have to pay to replace the item as she can't fix them or call for getting it fixed. I sold the stove, she can't use it anyways...
I did some remodeling of her house, spending no money, just recoloring everything. I did buy her a new easel, dresser, two new dining room chairs, and a book case. She also got some landscaping out front....the plants were pretty expensive but look pretty!
The outside also got a bit more character...(I did spend a bit of her money on siding).
Such a good girl, taking out the garbage!
I found out she Can pay her bills but you have to catch the popup that says she has to pay them now, I missed it....so this butt showed up!

Lilah made over $1,600 on collecting for the last day so I had her splurge on painting lessons at the school.
I really want her to have friends in school that she can invite over (Kids can't invite their friends out..which stinks!), She called the most obvious friend choice....

A tiny Lilah update today, she decided to glitch, and you can't save a child only household to the library, it shows as empty and will not save. Luckily I had the forethought to age her up to teen and save her and the house to the library yesterday. though after she glitched I just didn't feel like playing with her anymore...
Now since she is @CravenLestat 's future wife I decided to put her in one of his patterns....
She was working on a foreshadowing painting! that is obviously her and Craven after they get married but before they have their 5 grumpy kids....

I blame this next part mostly on @emorrill , she got me on a funny tangent last night regarding two guys (sorry they aren't the correct guys), The Golden Girls and spilled red wine....she put the idea into my head that put the idea into my head...We have the two guys, the romance channel (though the TV is suspiciously off), and several horrible drinks..I wrote a blurb for her that featured spilled wine, the removal of a tie and white shirt and some mopping up of a damp chest by another very helpful Sim but Sims is pretty limited when it comes to spilling drinks on each other. . Actually it's just an excuse to play with a gay couple again, I miss Billy and Luke!
This is Jinn, he is the Asian guy I was attempting yesterday, I wanted a Korean guy but got a kinda sorta Asian-ish guy. I'm still not happy with his lips but he'll do for the purpose.

My approach was hands off, they do have one matching trait (Hopeless Romantic), but Jinn is Flirty and inappropriate, Thayer is irresistible. The only thing I did was have Jinn ask Thayer his sign, I found out a while ago two guys (or girls) asking each other their sign is a sure romantic jumpstart...why I'll never know!
The rest is all them, I didn't direct them at all, I usually direct the heck out of my Sims so this was eye opening!

Like I said by no means a complete list...it is a fun challenge except for the problem with not being able to save her and her house, you can age a child up to teen then save but as a child the house shows up as empty. You also can not change houses or basically even go into edit town at all, while playing your child it will erase him/her.
I'm itching to start my next project which means these two are on hold, as the only thing I had planned was Mortimer going to University, when he got back I had no plans. I was going to do something with Timmy, Mortimer's little brother but there is a whole bunch of blank years before Timmy hits YA.....I'll come back to them at some point.

I had challenged myself to use some of the EA hairs I can't seem to get looking right on anyone, Mortimer's hair was actually one of them and it looks like it was made for him! This female hair looks horrible on pretty much every Sim I ever made, so I plopped the hair on a random Sim and went backwards, built her face around the hair. I think it looks okay.
This is the picture(s) of Harry I promised @Mikezumi , I picture him as a guy who had been married for 15 years, he and his wife grew distant, he got out of shape starting losing his hair and eventually she cheated on him, he demanded a divorce. She had a killer lawyer and snagged everything, he is now poor not terribly attractive and living in a cruddy little house by himself. I made him after I threw in the towel on Jinn's lips yesterday, I still am not happy with Jinn but fell in love with Harry in the 10 minutes it took to create him. I'd love to see this poor guy turn his life around.

What happened in my Sims game today....absolutely Nothing!
My aging up and down of Meggie finally caught up with me and my Appaloosa finally died a painful glitched out death...which stinks because I was in the middle of setting up the next few scenes and they are very labor intensive. I do have 2 copies of that town but they were copied awhile back so semi useless..
On a positive note..L moved up to "Official Favorite!" The bunny tattoo is reserved for my SS and my very favorite Sims, he also gained a bit of 5 O'clock shadow...makes him even smexier (in my very very biased opinion
L and Meggie, this means nothing they are not even in the same towns at this point, I was just messing with a couple of extras and watching the sunrise.

I gave up working on my story today, it is moving very far away from the original story I played a few years back it just wants to go in the wrong direction and I'm doing nothing to stop it because I love where it is going! This version will most like be a happy ending but am doing some rewriting regardless...it will still be called Secret Obsession because....reasons...

Today I played a bit to decompress from an annoying morning. I will be doing feedback tomorrow, probably posting after every page!
I went to check on Alien mom and Kizzie or whatever I named her, baby was missing!! Mom still had the had a girl moodlet but the baby was not in the panel and was nowhere to be found! I switched over to Connor and Alien lady that did the implanting the old fashioned way!

I knew darker babies were possible due to my messing with genetics yesterday but kind of a shocker anyways, she is a cutie though.

Aged her up right away...she got the gross brown/green color that Connor has in his roots, I aged her up again and changed it. Got her mid blink.

Ever have one of those days Simming when everything decided to conspire against you??
First off the dingbat breaks her phone while standing in the middle of the road...she almost deserved to get run over for being a klutz but alas no one even drove by, I do wish Sims could die by getting hit by cars!
Then Garrett (who is in the next story update) decided he just flat out doesn't want to go to any of the lots I need to send him to! I replaced him and the lots and all was fine but it chewed up time and I just gave up even trying to get a story update done after that.

No story update today but a few pretty amusing things happened while I was playing..
I had Meggie collect and place 5 space rocks to try and attract aliens since I have Jinn, Thayer, Light, L and Ciel in that house with Meggie and Becky. I doubted it would work because every time a Sim gets kidnapped and impregnated in my game (this is the third time) there had been nothing near the house to attract them at all...
This time it did get a nibble, but he just showed up to look at the pretty space rocks.
Ghost Light and Thayer having a chat...the pool conversation had me laughing! I had just pressed Chat and the pool was the first subject to show up...
After a few more actions I chose "tell secret" for Thayer...the secret that Thayer told was a bit freaky!!
Grim had a bunch of fun at Connor and Jared's house..lounging about in their pool!

I was getting hearts for both genders with Bo so I decided to do a bit of an experiment..I had him introduce himself to every Sim I saw, I took screenshots of the ones I saw hearts for (some I missed but heard that they got hearts). I wanted to know what I was dealing with, gay, bi, strait, or what..pretty sure he's either gay or right down the middle Bi.
He did get his $10,000 so the house was expanded by another 4x4, which is good as it seems Bree has moved in!

I had no idea Sims could get fleas! Cats and dogs yes, but Sims themselves can get them, as Luke had them!! He had black dots jumping off of him, there is one by his shoulder. I switched houses to have him jump in the shower.
Bought the pet cleaner thingie to rid Cleo of her fleas..
Even a shower didn't work for Luke so I cheated the moodlet as I had no idea how to get rid of them on Sims.
Sent him back to the park...wanted to experiment with him as he is married to Sophia in this save and has only been with her, but is with Billy in all of my other saves. This doesn't prove anything Ciel is gay except when my SS is mauling him.

First was Dylan, very basic, I see now his eyes are huge, too low and his face is pretty chubby...he is from 3 1/2 years ago when I first started playing.
Simon, his nose is honking! I haven't changed him or tweaked him since I created him and he is still a favorite, he was created specifically for Dylan.
Then came Luke who I still adore:
Vladimere has a huge nose, his face isn't long enough, his eyes are huge...but he's my baby and wouldn't be my avatar unless I adored him.
Stephen my evil fairy..he is a slightly tweaked Jared....I can still see Jared peeking out.

Farren is still basic but I started experimenting with different eyes and eye sliders.

Tweaking Freddie endlessly..this is where he stands right now.
Tony adopted Nina but Maxxie and Freddie take care of her, not sure if Tony has even picked her up yet! Freddie was the one to retrieve her from her adoption basket..
Freddie started out as a Maxxie clone, the 2 actors faces are remarkably similar, Freddie's lips are very different though and his nose needed tweaking.
Out of my Skins Sims I am most proud of Tony, he really resembles Tony..(I have to give him his jerky traits so he acts like him too) what do ya think @Mikezumi , I'm thinking Charismatic, Flirty, Genius, Inappropriate and Schmoozer...thoughts?

Goths/Kate part 1
This is a story I started over a year ago, never finished it, it only has about 5 updates on my part to be complete so I'll be relisting it on @emorrill 's thread for those who wish to read it (it was buried way back in the thread, took me quite a while to find them all). This is actually a continuation of my story Kate but that one needs pictures replaced and is very long, a good chunk of it is listed in the stories section..
I added on to their pool and Gunther had to try out a bit of surfing...I didn't know the sea lions (seals or whatever they are) could go in pools!!
Cornelia was talking to Mortimer about hating the pool while Gunther was in the pool, she must have had a feeling about that sea lion!
Gunther came upstairs to spend time with his loving wife.....can you feel the love??
Me to them:..."Get along da*mn it!!!"
"Gunther, just watch the dang show and stop yapping!"
Later that night they seemed to put their grumpiness on the back burner and were getting along great!

This is Craven's CJ..who my game decided to name AJ, which is fine with me, I already have a JC and JJ in my game.
Moved him in with Kate, Riley and Will until I get him a nice house. This Kate and Riley are most likely my originals who are still technically divorced, thus the screaming.
He and Will seem to be getting along splendidly....
I think Will is just miffed because he knows what I did to his parents wonderful relationship.

Started my child only challenge, I did a few days of one months ago, this one will have her at child age for 15 days. She started with an adult roommate who I then starved to death to "get rid of", the social worker of course showed up, I object deleted him and his car...problems solved!
The child I'm using is Lilah, the girl who made Kate's life hell as a child/teen, I decided I wanted to make her life a little difficult...a bit of payback....if you will.
Getting rid of the adult...
I was going to throw the poor girl into an empty lot and make her work her way up from there but since I don't do mods and am not using any cheats she can not do gardening till she is a teen so I decided to take it easier on her, she was allowed an unfurnished house with just the basics, I then bought her a sleeping bag and put her down to Zero on household funds. She is in a brand new town and I'm not going to add any of my enhanced buildings to help her out. The poor kid also has to keep up a C average in school, she skipped day one and was down to a D, so I sent her the next day.

The Bunch's showed up, it was killing me to not give Ethan my regular full fledged makeover! Though Connor and Jared will get mauled immediately, if Lilah ever runs into them.

Collecting the pretty flowers, I sold them right away, she has a good chunk of change for some new furniture.
She made a snow cone, which was good because she was pretty hungry, I had her buy some fries from the food stand she put them down and because Cornelia was in the way couldn't eat them, I tried to move them and lost them!
Caught a monarch, I let her keep him.
Her fun bar was very low so she got to play in the sprinklers for awhile.
Collecting at the beach, didn't get too much.
A very nice space rock, worth over 100 Simoleons.

Poor girl needed an allergy shot from collecting all those flowers, I splurged and let her suffering stop.
Eating yogurt for supper.....on the potty.
With everything she collected she made close to 2,000 Simoleons. Got her some nice new needed furniture.
Looks like she may be worried about money, though she is a mooch so that may have something to do with her money dreams.
Finally a table and chair, much better than eating in the bathroom!

Though her life was not all peaches and cream, it wasn't exactly unbearable either, she had a roof over her head and was doing pretty good with collecting and buying new furniture....but even Sims tend to have curve balls thrown at them when life looks most hopeful.
The jerk stole her easel, and her only dining chair! Lilah was not amused, and didn't have any money to replace the items.
Her luck seemed to be turning around as she did great collecting the next day...
Found a bunch of flowers and a pigmy tortoise, who she wanted to keep but couldn't afford to right now, he sold for over $600.00!
She was getting lonely so I sent her off to the park, she wound up playing soccer with Madison.
I thought she only had the bathroom sink, but she did have the kitchen sink too which is good if one ever breaks because she will have to pay to replace the item as she can't fix them or call for getting it fixed. I sold the stove, she can't use it anyways...
I did some remodeling of her house, spending no money, just recoloring everything. I did buy her a new easel, dresser, two new dining room chairs, and a book case. She also got some landscaping out front....the plants were pretty expensive but look pretty!
The outside also got a bit more character...(I did spend a bit of her money on siding).

I found out she Can pay her bills but you have to catch the popup that says she has to pay them now, I missed it....so this butt showed up!

Lilah made over $1,600 on collecting for the last day so I had her splurge on painting lessons at the school.
I really want her to have friends in school that she can invite over (Kids can't invite their friends out..which stinks!), She called the most obvious friend choice....

I had her invite Mortimer over later in the day....

I blame this next part mostly on @emorrill , she got me on a funny tangent last night regarding two guys (sorry they aren't the correct guys), The Golden Girls and spilled red wine....she put the idea into my head that put the idea into my head...We have the two guys, the romance channel (though the TV is suspiciously off), and several horrible drinks..I wrote a blurb for her that featured spilled wine, the removal of a tie and white shirt and some mopping up of a damp chest by another very helpful Sim but Sims is pretty limited when it comes to spilling drinks on each other.
This is Jinn, he is the Asian guy I was attempting yesterday, I wanted a Korean guy but got a kinda sorta Asian-ish guy. I'm still not happy with his lips but he'll do for the purpose.
This is my Thayer from the other day...
My approach was hands off, they do have one matching trait (Hopeless Romantic), but Jinn is Flirty and inappropriate, Thayer is irresistible. The only thing I did was have Jinn ask Thayer his sign, I found out a while ago two guys (or girls) asking each other their sign is a sure romantic jumpstart...why I'll never know!
The rest is all them, I didn't direct them at all, I usually direct the heck out of my Sims so this was eye opening!

Like I said by no means a complete list...it is a fun challenge except for the problem with not being able to save her and her house, you can age a child up to teen then save but as a child the house shows up as empty. You also can not change houses or basically even go into edit town at all, while playing your child it will erase him/her.

I had challenged myself to use some of the EA hairs I can't seem to get looking right on anyone, Mortimer's hair was actually one of them and it looks like it was made for him! This female hair looks horrible on pretty much every Sim I ever made, so I plopped the hair on a random Sim and went backwards, built her face around the hair. I think it looks okay.
This is the picture(s) of Harry I promised @Mikezumi , I picture him as a guy who had been married for 15 years, he and his wife grew distant, he got out of shape starting losing his hair and eventually she cheated on him, he demanded a divorce. She had a killer lawyer and snagged everything, he is now poor not terribly attractive and living in a cruddy little house by himself. I made him after I threw in the towel on Jinn's lips yesterday, I still am not happy with Jinn but fell in love with Harry in the 10 minutes it took to create him. I'd love to see this poor guy turn his life around.
