Weird thin lines around sims mouth in create a sim

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, i am not using any mods or cc in game, but noticed today while creating a sim that they have very thin lines around their mouth that moves when i turn the sim around. It looks like something I'd expect if I was using cc and it wasn't done right. Anything I can do to fix this? Or is it an ingame bug right now that the devs should know about?

If you use a Nvidia graphics card it can cause this issue.
There is a workaround in the second post of this AHQ EA site thread, using Nvidia Inspector

Were the shirts all tucking into the pants before the patch, and now since the patch they aren’t? If that is what is occurring, try starting a new save game and see if the issue occurs in that game also.
If you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the issues are still there.
Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
There is usually a blue new discussion button at the top right hand side of the screen in the forum sections. But new discussion threads have been restricted for new members. You are unable to start a new thread until you become a full member. This has been brought in as a result of spambots.
You need to have 50 points and 30 posts before you can become a full member and can then post pictures, have a signature, start new threads, edit posts , post links that show up correctly and change your profile picture.This thread explains about it.
