    ModtheSims has stuff. http://modthesims.info/browse.php?gs=4

Generally, since many are now on Twitter, I just plug into my search engine Sims 4 cc downloads and if there's something specific I'm looking for. I found a great deal of 18th century style clothing that ways. I don't do a great deal of cc, so, I'll leave it to the players who do.
You can download (free) all three volumes of my Night Whispers Star Trek Fanfiction here: http://galacticgal.deviantart.com/gallery/ You'll need to have a pdf reader. New websites: http://www.trekkiefanfiction.com/st-tos.php

This blog has a lot of maxis match hairstyles for children, toddlers and adults. And there is some clothing as well.

And this site has pretty much everything you can think of for cc, you just have to search through the tags for what you want

Just go slow. There's no prize for having 20GB of content in your mods folder.

Lana CC Finds is my go to. :)

Maxis Match List of CC - whether it's compatible with the packs you have, or the base game. It's all nicely organized. :)

Also - make sure you grab the MESH files that the creators link as well because you will need those in order for certain CC to work. Some CC won't require a mesh, but just keep an eye out. :)

Make sure that you check the options in game in the misc tab, I believe that the Custom Content and Script mods are check-marked to allow CC to show up in your game after you install it. You could do this before you start downloading, or when you're done, but if you do it after, you will have to restart your game.

    Have fun!

If you just search something like "sims 4 cc" in your search spot, loads of websites and blog spots will come up!
(You can make it more specific too)

Lana CC has some cuss words. Be careful younger simmers! Grab an adult and ask them if it's okay!
i come here to play video games and tell bad jokes...does anyone actually read these?
