How to add buffsto objects make custom club perks and custom skills

This is my third post about the same thing under different topic hope it’s not against any forum rules if so please make sure to move them under the right one because I just didn’t know where to post this. Anyways I’m a storyteller so basically I’m wondering about adding buffs to custom created objects or any objects that I wish. I just made a book and I want to be able to add it some buffs for the ones who read it and make custom perks for my clubs. I looked up everywhere but couldn’t find anything or searched lt in the wrong places. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you. And it would be so good if someone could tell me something about making a brand new skill too.

You could add a custom Read Book Interaction which then gives the Reader a certain Buff?

I already made my own Custom Skill in S4S. It's quite easy actually. Just go and tune a existing interaction with a skill buildup like "Swim Laps" and change the Fitness skill with your own custom skill.
