Gaming PC Help

Right now I have a gaming desktop in need of an upgrade. Currently, I have all TS2, TS3, and TS4 games with CC. I would love to able to live stream with no lag as well. I was looking into how much it would cost to upgrade and have someone install the parts. It's cheaper to buy a budget gaming PC. My question is does anyone have this pc or something similar that plays the Sims and can give me their input. CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Ultra GUA4600W Gaming Desktop PC

@princess0384 I can't recommend using FX CPU. Chesterbigbird would agree with me. I would try to get a AMD Ryzen system myself. I recommend spending about 800.00 or more for a computer to do live stream and playing computer games at the same time.

What desktop do you have currently? It's not always cheaper to buy new.
The desktop you mentioned above is not going to cut it. The graphics card is trash for gaming and the cpu is below what you ideally need.
there are basically allot of upgrades that you could do depending on what you already have.. and when you factor in the cost you have to consider the hardware you are getting.
If you can tell me the make and model of what you have now i can assist you further.

Can you take a picture of the tower (the case) SO i know what type of case you have?
Depending on the size of your case then i would suggest upgrading to something like this
    https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mKH2vV
It will give you allot better system then the one you were looking at. You can carry over your old hard drive and just replace everything else (maybe not the case.)
Buying a cheap budget pc would be a wrong move.. the hardware will not be certified and will be generic.. where as upgrading can get you much better quality. And also note the desktop you were looking at has a VERY weak and old graphics card and the older AMD processors.. where as if you upgraded you can get current generation.
If you want to upgrade the case also then they can cost less then $50 for something decent.
