What is this sound called and is there a mod for it?

I'm not sure what it's called when a sim is doing something like painting, or reading a book, or using the woodworking station, and they are constantly making the oohs and aahs and excited sounds, but I am looking for a mod that reduces these noises. They are just too much and too often, and seem out of character or place with whatever the sim is doing. Does anyone know of a mod that addresses this, or what this sound is called so I can go research it (either to find a mod or find someone that can create one)? Thanks!
