Why does this keep happening?

I have no clue as to why the whole pose will not transfer into the game.

It all looks great in blender but not in the game.
Yes I am importing the blender files in Sims 4 studio. I just have no clue as to why the arm isn't right!!! Does anyone know how this could happen?
