I am out of ideas for sim/households so I am going through the sim bin and based on the description EA gave them I am building them houses to fit their personality

The house above is for the Martinez couple. They enjoy gardening and going on adventures so here is the WIP of a 3 BR 1Bath house that has a padio and a small garden.

Your WIP is looking great! The blue colour of the exterior looks very nice. Very nice greenery covered upper balcony. The trees add a very nice look to the build.

Finished work of "Little Hydranga"









This lovely home has 3BR, 2BA, Kitchen and dining room, Living room, foyer, and a small garden with a patio in the back. It is the perfect home for a newly wed couple to start out in.

It is great that you have finished Little Hydrangea
The Gwen’s Cottage WIP is looking very nice! The pink colour of the exterior walls looks very pretty! Very nice bay window. The roof covered front porch looks very nice.

Hey guys I found a "yoga rug mod" on MTS so I will be replacing the rugs in the yoga studio with these and I'll build a bigger studio at some point in the future with these If you guys want the downloads to my builds please pm me and I'll be happy to upload them for you.

The Yoga Studio is a very nice venue for sims to enjoy doing yoga! Very nice exterior of the studio. The colourful walls in the yoga room and the variety of coloured patterned yoga mats, looks so colourfully nice! It looks great! Very nice blue, pink and green colour scheme of the sofa seat sitting and reading room. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofas reading a book. The patterned floor rug is a nice touch there.

I apologize I have not been on in so long. Here is my most recent build.

2 bedrooms (1 bedroom has a yoga studio attached leading to outdoor balcony)
2 bathrooms (1 bath has laundry room attached)
Lounge
Open floor plan
Pool
Plenty of room for gardening

The design of the exterior of your new home is very nice! It looks great that it is built into the cliff! Very nice balcony and patio areas! The pool area is very nice! The sunflowers and other flowers look pretty along the edges of the pool. The rock wall texture around the front windows gives a very nice look to the build.
