Earlier today, I got an email saying I requested a password reset from EA. Which wasn't true, so it said to ignore the email. When I went to login to Origin to play TS4 it says my credentials expired? What do I do? Forget password is not working cuz it is not sending me an email. >.>

Try shutting down your computer completely. Then restart the computer and see if the issue remains.
If the issue remains, try uninstalling and reinstalling origin and see if that helps.
If you continue to have issues, it would be best to be in touch with EA help

Issue 1 is that some people think it's a blast to reset someone else's account log in, in my last conversation with EA I suggested that removing the option to log in with EA id would remove this opportunity.
Issue 2 is more recent, apparently there's been issues with EA mail servers and the page that generates the change password script is not sending the email. Contacting EA will help because they will send the email while you're in the chat, that way you can change the password and get back in quickly. If you use the 2 step authentication to send a code to your email then that will fail also.
I am not sure it's a wise idea to uninstall origin as it's a remote problem.

It is good that you received the email after a while.
There has been other simmers who have had the same issue, and uninstalling /reinstalling origin has fixed the issue with them getting the message that their credentials have expired. I am sorry that it didn't help the issue with you.

Afterwards I went into the sims 4 page since they are connected to my origin. I changed the password from this site and I was able to, and then I was able to log back in with a new password.

They were telling you to update your drivers. This game requires you keep your drivers updated. If you have a laptop Go to you computer manufacturer search your make and model computer and update all your drivers. If you have a desktop with Nvidia or AMD graphics update your video drivers directly on the Nvidia or AMD website
Can't access purchased games and signed up for the trial of Origin and now I am very concerned they will still charge my card.
